I was visiting Arizona with my son’s family. I suggested bringing my grandson to this cute establishment to pick out boots for his 18th bday. I love the Cave Creek area. (I’m sure they remember us). I called first to make sure they had boots in our price range, as we didn’t want to spend $$$ for an 18 yr. Old. The young lady over the phone said they did, & actually had a 50% off sale rack. When we arrived, my son was told by an arrogant young salesman that they “didn’t carry anything in that price range.” He was rude & degrading, probably should find another job! Then we were shown a pair of boots for $331 from the young lady. Because that was “close” to our $200 budget lol. Anyhow, We were going to walk out at that point, but the young woman, (can’t remember her name, blonde) took my son & grandson to the sale rack. Fortunately she saved the bday gift idea, & sold us a sweet pair of boots.
I must say, merchandise is extremely overpriced on many items, including boots. We are from Colorado, so we are knowledgeable in Cowboy wear. Anyhow, “thank you”to the sweet young lady for allowing us to find something. Unfortunately, I won’t step foot in this establishment again, as I did not have a warm, friendly feeling here. More of a snooty “welcome.” Cute place with beautiful western apparel, but not worth the arrogance & outrageous prices. Customer service is very important! Sadly, Will go elsewhere when visiting.

The Cave Creek Cowboy Company is the real-deal for authentic western wear, cowboy gear, hats and high-quality boots. Huge western boots selection from work to the dance floor they have you covered. Amazing how much high-quality inventory for western wear they have in stock. This place is for the folks that are looking for something special you just don't find at many retail stores nationwide, or in the world. Imagine finding all these outfits under one roof. Located in the center of Cave Creek right next to the famous Buffalo Chip that feature live bull riding. Plenty of free parking and right in the center of all the action in Cave Creek.

These folks saved my hide! I was in town to play the role of Wyatt Earp in a gunfight reenactment and forgot my frock coat back in Tucson! I called this store literally minutes before I needed to check in and they not only had the coat I needed, they moved it to the front desk AND gave me a discount due to the bind I was in. I cannot say enough good about people like this. Thank you Cave Creek Cowboy Co.!

Wish I could do negative stars!! BUYER BEWARE.....stick to Ariat direct or Boot Barn. There you will receive way better selections, without the massive mark up and receive quality customer service, unlike this nasty rip off store. No return policy even with receipt, tags on, still in box and wrapped in paper! A joke and they should be ashamed of themselves. Never ever again will I step foot in this store. Good thing I just cancelled the purchase on my credit card since they refuse to contact me.

Best high end western store I’ve come across! Such unique one of a kind pieces! I purchased a DDR shirt I’m so happy I did along with a cowboy hat. I totally recommend giving this store a visit. Great people in there too, they are all very friendly and helpful and kind! Loved my experience here!
