pretty convenient little spot on Ventura when you need food, shopping, or a quick stop nearby. It’s not a huge shopping center, but it has that useful Valley plaza feel where you can pull in, grab what you need, and keep moving. I like places like this because they’re easy and practical instead of being a whole mall situation. Parking and traffic can get annoying around Ventura depending on the time, but overall it’s a solid local center.

Pretty good spot. It's only a three star because of the hummus bar, which is a restaurant in it. On it own, the hummus bar is a 5 star. The rest if the shops don't seem to have much action, as in people don't seem to go in them too much. So I'm assuming that they aren't that good.

Hummus Bar & Grill.

Awesome food. Fresh bread served all day long. Be careful not to fill up on the bread so you can enjoy great kabobs and chicken shawarma is must try.

Two very nice restaurants in one small strip mall: Kushiyu, a sushi place, with excellent sushi although quite pricey (their lunch menu is a good deal though), and Hummus Bar, a great Israeli restaurant famous for their home made pita bread.

I was there eating at Israel Hummus Grill, my favorite Israel restaurant in the city of Tarzana.

Ha mis ah da Israel Hummus Grill, ha oovah sheli. Ha okhel taeem meod, mah mash tov.

I love the food and I like that the owners and employees are really Jewish and speaking perfect Hebrew (Ivrit).
