When you happen upon a Columbia village center surrounded by apartments, it is best to go elsewhere. Especially when it has a County police satellite office like this one does.

Here for the the children's particapatory facility, which as beyond excellent. Orherwise, gas station, Caesar's Pizza, and another restaurant. Plus possibly more. Easy access from many roads.

Every time I drive around the other villages I feel sad about our village. All the other villages are developing so nice! But LR is going backwards for many years. We live at LR neighborhood and this village is never in the community newspaper. Every other village is listed on pages and magazines in Howard County, but not LR. Never. Why? Gas station that is the highest in gas prices around the area. The only two real attractions are the laundromat, the barbershop and of course the spirits store. Everything else is government controlled. We are planning on moving and put our home for rent in a few years. The problem is not the people in the neighborhood. We have a great diversity, but the marketing of our village haven’t been out there at the same level as the other villages. We are in a wonderful location, which is a big challenge for businesses. But that could not be an obstacle for success. The management of LR before and now has been a failure for many many years. Sadly.

I had nothing to do today, so I decided to go check this new place I herd of called “RC Underground”. It’s inside of this really cool museum type place called “Doodle Hatch”. I had the best fun. You can race Mini Z, mini z drift, they have indoor drone racing. It was fun. I recommend checking them out.

For the size of the store.....their prices are high! Case price for beer is 6pack price x 4. Really? Bought some wine...a brand I normally buy....had a strange taste and when I got to the bottom....there was this thick residue. Not sure if they are storing it right.
