Play at own risk on that spinner game. It’s not paying out the correct pay when you win. I was playing for 1.20 and hit the number 70 on the spinner instead of paying me 84.00 the correct amount it payed out only 46 dollars robbing customers

***BUYER BEWARE!*** Please don't trust them with your lottery tickets! Go downtown to redeem, If the scanner says "see cashier" please DO NOT give to merchant you will NEVER see your winning ticket again, trust me!
The owner (older arab guy) will generate a lower amount and tell u didn't win anything. This happened to me!
So, I was rushing for work one day and I ran in to get snacks for work I didn't know how to play the lottery that good i just usually play random numbers or a quick pick. That day I went in to scan my ticket, I trusted the merchant/owner with my ticket.
I first scanned my ticket it and it read "see cashier" .
I gave my ticket to then Arab owner (older guy) and he took my ticket and showed one of his workers(spanish guy) they chuckled. I said what? Did I win? Owner said " hold on mama I'm checking". And he took 10 minutes to give me anything back. After 10 min I said what's going on did I win or not? The Owner then replied, "no mama, I'm sorry". I replied, What? Then give me my ticket back. Owner then said "I tore it up".
I was furious, and he handed me a new ticket (not mine that I originally gave him) and a $1.00 dollar bill.
I said what? It was just a dollar? I exclaimed, u took twenty minutes just to give me a dollar? "Yes mama that's all u won, sorry."
My boyfriend and him started exchanging words about my original ticket and to no avail we just ended up leaving the store before things got heated. I wish I would of stayed and called the police and what I know now is have the lottery people audit his register.
I don't know if this have happened to other's but this haunts my mental all the time and I'm very protective now of my lottery tickets.
I believe the owner was very dishonest, and a scammed me out of my winnings! It makes me wonder how many others have he STOLE winnings from over the years!
This is a predominately poor black community that support your business daily, shame on u Around the Clock for stealing from the poor! And its not defamation of character because it is true, I would never lie on anyone! This is my own personal experience!
I just had to finally share my story, and give my mind some sort of closure because I felt so bad over the years for NOT fighting for what was rightfully mine! So please be AWARE of your lottery tickets with them or any store! Always Scan your own tickets first on the self scanner and if it says, SEE CASHIER, LEAVE! DO NOT GIVE TO CASHIER (u may have won big and u would never see the ticket again, please go somewhere u trust and re-scan YOURSELF or just go downtown and have the Official Lottery clerks scan your ticket trust me it's worth it! I didn't want to give them any stars at all but this system will only publish if u click at least one star, needs a frown face button instead!

They're a nice convenience store. Staff is friendly and they have a good selection. I wish they were actually open around the clock as the name says but I understand that the local cops force curfews on businesses around here in order to """""curb crime""""".

Around the Clock is the ideal neighborhood corner store. Close proximity to the L makes it convenient for grabbing a bottle of wine on the fly from their efficient selection of choices. There is also a solid grocery and convenience section. The staff are polite and friendly, which cultivates an inviting corner store experience. I highly recommend stopping in.

A solid store to purchase food soft drinks and non food items like utensils and paper napkins early in the morning or late in the evening. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the various products. They also provide Lottery gambling machines and staff operated number selection games. Attend!!!!

This place has a wonderful selection
of beers, wines, and hard alcohol. They're open early and close late
at night. They're also open on holidays including thanksgiving and Christmas. Employees are very friendly
