Just bought my 2017 Mercedes-Benz C300 from this dealership and honestly, I couldn’t be happier and that’s 100% thanks to Mike.

From the moment I walked in, he treated me with real respect. Not like a sale, not like a number like a real person. He took his time walking me through everything. No pressure, no games, no rushing. He was upfront, honest, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process.

What really stood out was how knowledgeable and patient he was. I had a bunch of questions (probably more than most), and he answered every single one without making me feel annoying or overwhelmed. The C300 itself is in amazing shape — exactly what I was looking for. Clean inside and out, drives like a dream, and Mike made sure everything was lined up perfectly before I drove off the lot.

What meant a lot to me too was that he followed up afterward. Most dealers disappear the second you sign, but Mike checked in to make sure I was happy and everything was going smooth. That little gesture speaks volumes.

I was in the market for an Audi Q8 and stumbled upon this one. I went out there and test drove it and fell in love. I can't say enough good things about this dealership! I wish I had a way to express that beyond this review! This is a long review but it tells eveything from start until now! Read it if you want the full picture of this establishment. So first a backdrop- my gas powered car died. My children are very tall and still minors. I don't have access to unlimited income. So the decision to go electric was an economic necessity more than anything. I couldn't afford to have a car note and fuel bill.
I searched for over 6 months trying to find a car that fit our needs and budgetbefore our car quit, to no avail.
On the way to yet another dealership, my son says "mommy there are a lot of teslas right there!" I made a u-turn figuring that I was about to encounter some shady sales place with reject/accident repaired/battery dead no warranty teslas. I walk in and immediately Alex greets me. He is professional and kind. More over he is genuine. He asks me what I'm searching for, and plugs my wish list into the computer. He has 2 model x vehicles with my specifications. "Can we look st them", instead of saying sure he says "we are not just going to look at them you're gonna take it for a ride." At every other dealership I practically had to fill out a credit app to do that. He spends time finding out what I already know about e-vehicle and fills in the gaps about this one. We get on the road with the car it is a great ride, all the bells and whistles and some I didnt expect. He doesn't pressure me about any financial details. Just us and the car. It was great and the specs and details matched the advertisement on the website (I checked while I was waiting on him to get the car). I asked about the car's history and warranty I was given truthful and favorable answers. We get back to the dealership and I say "how much to walk out the door with this car". The answer is well below my budget. I told him I was working with NFCU, the price didn't change, in fact it went down a little. They work with NFCU regularly. I have NEVER bought a car in less than 2 hours. "ALEX I WANT THIS CAR". He says I can make that happen. We do the preliminary work and he hands me off to Mike to finish the Financials. He walks me through every step. I just BOUGHT A TESLA for under my budget. Mike hands me over to AL who helps me get my tesla and account established. He also takes me back out to the car to show me some basic functions and things to know.
But beyond being great and kind salesmen and finance officers, I want to express how amazing these guys all were to me as human beings. Alex, Mike, Al, Dave, and Nash really treated me with respect kindness and appreciation. I walked into the door feeling valued as a consumer, and as a person. I wasn't belittled or dismissed because I was a woman, I didnt feel tolerated because we were different ethnicities, I was treated as guest in their business. I was worried and waiting for the other shoe to drop, and when it did- it was more kindness and professionalism. There was a minor glitch in the car and I brought it back to them. Instead of sending me off to resolve my own problem, they did the research, had me bring my car in, set me up in the lobby with refreshments and company, were very chivalrous (which I appreciated). Al and the service technician took my car for diagnostics and when they returned an hour later, my car was as good as new! They fixed the problem with no burden to me. And even then the first thing they said was "if you need any help getting to know your car, if you have any problems or questions don't even think about it-just call us or come back here and we will get it resolved". When I tell you these guys have made this process so enjoyable and easy. Even though it was a business transaction I truly felt like they were proud to have me own their car and I was proud to give them my business. I would recommend checking them out for ANY car need. I will go back to them in the future. I am truly a satisfied and happy customer. Thank you Star Motor! I am loving my car- which I named Onyx Noir!

Our sales associate Alex was very friendly. He took the time to sit with us and show us the car. Mike in finance was also very friendly and handled the transaction smoothly. My rating becomes a 3 star in the post-buying experience. When we got it home, it had been raining and we noticed there was water on one of the sunroof areas. Didn’t think much of it until a day or so later we realized it was cracked the entire length. We purchased the car on Friday and I contacted them on Monday with photos. I was told it wasn’t in their report and that it’s not covered so I should contact my insurance. This is poor service in my opinion for a vehicle that was not even purchased 72 hours ago. Make sure you FULLY inspect anything before driving away.
