Prudential has been nothing but great for our business! We used another competitor previously, but the amount of time spent to make sure we have exactly what we need every week and month is what sets this company apart from the pack. Tim is our driver and he's fantastic! He is always upbeat when he stops in - bringing up the mood of the room if it's been a tough day along with suggesting items they can provide to take just one more item off our list that we get a several different places. Matt has been with us for a few years now and he's always been one step ahead of our needs. We would highly recommend using this team as your provider of towels, logo mats, uniforms, paper products & beyond.

We use Prudential for towels for our restaurant and tasting room. Since day one, experience has been abysmal. Every week it seems there is a different issue. Half the time, our towels smell like rancid cooing grease. When we refuse to accept them, they still bill us. Some weeks the truck never shows up and yet they still invoice us. We have to call just about every week and all they say is 'sorry, we'll credit your account'. This has been going on nearly weekly for several years. We have tried to cancel multiple times...but what they don't tell you when you sign up is that it is a 7-year contract and that if we cancel, they will sue us. Use anyone else but Prudential.

Prudential purchased out of bankruptcy this location 9 years ago. When you look at older reviews, granted much work needed to be done. Over time you will see how they continuously improved. Today they are great. Highly recommend their services and Products.
