The shop in Catalina is selling defective and dangerous vapes. Bought one and by the time I got to my car it would not turn off. Talked with the worker and was told that they could not do anything about it. That is very bad business and I hope that shop does not rip others off. Their prices are higher than other shops. Don't go here if you want good customer service. Tried to call and get this resolved and was told they could not do anything and just left me on hold. Piss poor company.

Update 5/22/23: happy to know they now accept debit and credit cards instead of cash only.

Update 9/3/23: Franks has become my go-to for my tobacco needs. They always have what I need, and are helpful and friendly. The price of mail order has become too expensive; with less than reliable delivery service from FedEx or UPS.

It was a really easy and simple interaction, like always whenever I walk in. I bought a bought a Rick silicone ashtray and some stainless steel screens(they have brass also available).
