Dana prepared a wonderful, well thought out menu. We had a zoom meeting to discuss dishes, and she made suggestions but was very open to requests. Guests raved about the meal! We were so pleased and highly recommend her!

I just went to Alpine Express to try out the milkshakes that I've been told by multiple students was really good. When I got there two of my friends had gone in at seperate times asking if they had any and were told they were out of milk by the man who worked there. We then were bummed out and decided to talk a bit outside when all of a sudden a student came walking out with a milkshake. We asked if it was one and he responded and said yes but to be careful because the guy at the front was expresso depresso which was an understatement. I then walked in with my friend who had previously asked and ask him if they had any. He said no so then I said that someone had just walked out with one and he said that they had just run out. So I point to my friend and say he just came in and you said no. He started to get irritated after that and took his airpods out so then I say calm down because I wasn't trying to start anything. After we left we then saw two other people get milkshakes and also watched him make it with a full container of milk. We sat outside again and a group of girls came out complaining because the dude at the front got short and snapped at one of them when they asked him to repeat what he said about the paninis that they were "sold out" of. It's really disappointing to be lied to your face about being sold out of something because you don't want to do your own job! The lady that works there is nice though just not the emo guy. Also I have a photo of the gallon of milk they use for the milk shakes that was supposedly out.
