I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops and you can tell a lot by trying their espresso. Quality/care of bean, equipment, and preparation. The espresso reveals all and let me tell you, these guys get it right at every level. Honestly in my top 3 along with Jubala in Raleigh NC and Chrome Yellow in Atlanta GA.
