Was completely lost trying to figure out where to take my aluminum cans, even employees weren't sure where to take them, hardly any room to maneuver my truck around the lot, I go in office to ask where to go, I ring the bell, nobody comes to front & it's 20 minutes until their 'posted' lunch schedule, I finally figure out where to take cans, had to come back later to get paid because, again, nobody was in the office. Even when I went back to get my money, I waited 15 minutes in lobby of office, after ringing bell 3 times, the girl finally appeared from the back room... And then there's the payment.... Sad! 35¢ per pound.... Really kicking myself in the butt for giving these guys business!

this location has serious health hazards they fail to tend to! for example they force employees to work after testing POSITIVE FOR COVID-19! THEY TAKE ZERO MEASURES TO PROTECT EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS! Currently they have 2 ACTIVE EMPLOYEES WITH COVID AND OTHERS HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED AS WELL AS SPOUSES HAVING COVID!! NOT TO MENTION THE ILLEGAL LAUNDERING OF FUNDS AND TAX FRAUD! But hell when you need a cheap and chopped part you have to do what you have to do!!!....I GUESS!

Drove all the way out from Lexington IN because you show that you’re open. We arrive to an empty lot ! Yesterday you all closed early due to Black Friday ; what about today ?!
