I had lunch here the other day. I just wanted something different. The guy working the front was nice but I waited about 15 min for 2 pieces of fried catfish, fries and a drink. When I received the food the fish was cold and hard like it was over fried from the day before, but the fries were good. I received my food before my drink. While I was trying to eat my dried out fish without a drink, my throat got dry so I asked to pay so I can go to the dollar general to get a drink before I rush back to work but as I was leaving the guy brought out my drink and apologized.

The food here is a absolutely fantastic , the price easily matches the portion. There is usually a little bit of a wait, but for good reason. Don't let the hole in the wall exterior deter you. Easily one of my favorite spots to grab some Cajun food. Reccomend the crawfish etouffee 100%, make sure to get some corn bread to go with it!

Have to stop by and admire the mural if nothing else. What a great job. Meet 2bof the 5 artists that drew this art. Amazes me how detailed and perfect they can be on a full wall with juat spray cans. Wish I had this type talent.

Decent shopping center. Wife likes the plant store. Take our oldest to martial arts there. Also has a Dollar General, Bingo, several churches and at least 1 restaurant. Just for Legends Martial Arts and the plant shop I give it 4 stars.
Also, as a bonus, it's chock full of PokéStops and Gyms for Pokémon Go players.

Actually shop at th General Dollar store here..there are some things that are value priced here that I purchase to save a few "pennies/dollar". When you set a budget, you check around to get the most 'bang' for your monies earned'.

The center itself is still open even though several businesses in the shopping center have closed. There is a Comic Book store, Dollar General, Martial Arts, Cleaners, A Bingo Hall, a couple of small Churches, a crappy restaurant, a Gun store, and the best Donut Shop around!

The business entity that I visited in the Shady Oaks Shopping Center is
Shady Oaks Bingo Hall. They play bingo from Tuesday through Sunday every week. The only day closed is Monday. Tuesday through Friday they
have bingo at 7:15 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, they have
bingo at 6:00 p.m.and 7: 30 p.m. If you looking to make new friends, have fun and possibly win some money, then Shady Oaks Bingo Hall is where
you want to go.

Been coming to shady oaks bingo for 22 yrs of and on. Floor workers Jennifer, Jeff, Keith and Dale are awesome!!!!!!! It's a friendly place to hangout and play some bingo!!!
