Absolutely - Hands down - without a doubt, WORST carwash of my life. Contacted them about it. They said since I left the premises, they were not responsible and would not refund.$30 per wash? I litterally had a truck within 2 feet of my bumper when I pulled out and it leads directly to the street, off the premises. Are you out of your minds? This business should be shut down immediately!

I don’t normally write reviews but felt I had to because the service provided by Eric was exceptional. He helped me select my wash and was running around taking care of things like someone half his age. He made a genuine effort and was just a nice, good guy overall. Highly recommend.

When this car wash opened I was one of the first customers to get a wash pass. I left a 5 star review. This year the wash and employees soaking and power washing the car beforehand have been slacking. I have photos of the rear of my car and a wheel. It wasn’t extremely dirty when I brought it in, yet the last dozen times or so I’ve pulled out of the car wash it looks like the photos below.
I don’t see why this would be a hard fix. Train employees correctly on the pre wash? If it doesn’t change soon I will be switching to Diamond Buick’s car wash.

The team in Alexandria has been great to work with. Had a billing issue which was a challenge to get resolved through online support. Eric, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!

Eric was flying solo when I got my car washed due to breakdowns and not being able to receive the parts to fix everything that should be working at the car wash in Alexandria Minnesota. But even through that he not only did a wonderful job on my car he kept a smile on his face. I just really appreciate Eric for his work ethic and his personality. Thanks, Eric!!

Every time I take my car through the wash, it seems to never get all the bugs off the windshield and always have a dirty back window. Today, there was no one there to do the power washing at the beginning and instead was quickly ushered right through.
Most of the time, I like how fast it takes to go through the whole process. But today, I did not get my money's worth.
I tried the new car wash at Holiday Gas Station on Nakomis Street. I got the soft touch, and it was amazing. It cleaned the car so well that I had never noticed some small imperfections in the paint. It does take about 5 minutes to go through the whole cycle, but when you are comparing a 30-second wash from Zips or 5 minutes from the holiday, it was time well spent.

UPDATE - went back a few days later and still no improvement of the quality of the wash.
Still no employees to powerwash the windshield and back window. Instead they were on their phones in the backroom.

Interesting to see the 1 star reviews referring people to woodys. These people only have 1 review posted on google. Either employees or something similar. Fakes who want to try to ruin a small business over rivalry.

Watch out Woody’s. There’s a new wash in town and it does a great job. I’ve had wash passes at many car washes but at 4 seasons it comes out the cleanest, driest, and spot free out of any on the others. The guys spraying do a great job. They take their time to get everything. My wheels come out sparkling after thanks to the wheel brushes. I’m meticulous and no wash is perfect for me but it’s my only choice in the winter and 4 seasons has me won. Unlimited washes for $30 a month. You can’t beat that at a high end wash.

Wont be back- It was much better service under previous ownership

Fresh out of the car wash - they didn’t scrub with any brushes or pressure wash at all.

When I asked for a rewash they only offered a basic wash and dry. I paid $32 for a car wash it should have been clean.
