The lady that handles rentals is not very nice. We rented from them and had a rock hit our windshield on the interstate. Our insurance has to cover the repair and that fine. We are trying to get everything taken care of. The lady in charge of the rentals was very rude to the glass company, that my insurance company sent out there. This company only care about making money and rentals not about customers. I spoke with the owner Elizabeth and I was informed they have a business to run. So Morgan county and surrounding county DO NOT REMT FROM THIS COMPANY

We took our Silverado to Sextons in Oak Ridge for several repairs. The first was the airbag light that had started staying on for the last several years. They replaced two things. The most expensive was the sensor under the drivers seat. The second was the seat belt on the passenger side. When we picked it up after they had it for a week it seemed to work fine. But after driving it for a few miles the next day it came back on. When we went back and asked if there was anyway we could be compensated for this, Michael Beard laid 300 cash on the desk and told us if we hadn’t been loyal customers, for around 12 or 13 years, since they opened at that location we wouldn’t have gotten anything. He said this was the cost of labor. The job cost about 800 counting parts.
We accepted that and left.
The third job was replacing ignition switch because sometimes the key wouldn’t turn unless you jiggled the steering wheel. Later that day after driving around 50 miles the truck wouldn’t start at all. We had noticed that the clock was going to 12 when truck turned off and restarted. AAA and Michael Beard came to our house at the same time. After some difficulty it started and we took it to Tire discounters for a new battery, 335 bucks. The other one was fine before the work. The next day, 2 days after picked up from Sexton, we drove to Clinton, 5 miles, and after our stop there had difficulty starting truck, plus clock back to 12. Back to Tire Discounters who kept it through Monday. They said it was an electrical problem and a dealer needed to fix it. It is now at the dealer and heaven knows how much more it will cost.
1326 after 300 refund at Sexton. And whatever the dealer charges. When Sexton Manager was contacted about this he said we were not getting any compensation for the fact that a truck that started every time we turned the key before and now we can’t drive until what ever is wrong with it is fixed. We were loyal customers, just not valued ones.

I highly recommend this establishment. I have had multiple dealings with this business and it has been easy and honest each time. The last purchase was tires for my car. I explained my preferences and what I needed from my car and tires. I accepted what was recommended and the tires have been perfect!
