So far they have taken care of 2 of my vehicles and it’s a been a pleasant experience.
Recall done on my dually and warranty claims, as well as an oil change for my Bronco. The lady at the front desk is very nice and so is everyone else.
Thought they would take a lot longer on my Bronco since it was a Saturday, but they finished it within an hour. Will definitely be coming back for any of my service needs here.
Moved to this area last year and was concerned if I would find a good dealership like the ones I had close to my old home.
But I have nothing to worry about! I am happy at Fred beans, thanks!

I decided to make an appointment for a diagnostic for my check engine light on my ford f250. I repeatedly asked the phone service that for the diagnostic, that they would tell me what part needs to be replaced. They kept telling me that it was fine and they would find out what part needs replacement. The next day after I drop off my truck, they call me telling me that they are not sure what the issue is causing the check engine light, and that they would first start off by replacing fuel filters and were trying to charge me an extra $350 for that. They also told me that if I got the fuel filters replaced and there was still a check engine light, I would have to pay hundreds if not thousands of dollars more for them to “dig in” to see the problem that is causing the check engine light. I ended up not getting the filters replaced but still had to pay $200 for a “ diagnostic” even though they weren’t sure what part was causing the check engine light. Although the workers there were nice, it was still very upsetting that I had to pay $200 for an issue that they did not know of.

First of all.. I'm not one to leave comments on websites or anything. But after purchasing my truck from here, I felt like I needed to share my experience. Tim and Tristan were the best car salesmen I have ever had the privilege to work with!
