Tiffany and her staff are so attentive and helpful. I feel special when shopping in her store and have never once seen someone have a bad experience. Every time I walk in everyone says hello. They try to show you the newest items they think you will like. Today my son got the best Tom Ford velvet suit and it is beautiful. Tiffany even called her other store to find shoes for him and recommended an exceptional tailor. I got the cutest skirt too!

I wish I had read the reviews before leaving my brand new Jimmy Choo shoes there for consignment. Little did I know that after so many days of it is not sold they “donate” to charity. Whatever that means. They have you sign an agreement but never gave a copy and don’t tell you about the important details
That bit of information would have been nice to know. I would have sold them on my own
Now out money for my expensive shoes

Really friendly. I don't need a $700 Gucci jumpsuit but if you do, this place is likely for you! 😅

I've visited this store several times in the past few months, both selling clothes on consignment and making purchases. Unfortunately, despite giving the store multiple chances I’ve consistently felt a stark difference in the treatment I receive compared to wealthier customers, particularly from the owner. It seems clear that unless you’re able to buy multiple items, you’re not afforded the same level of attention, friendly conversation and warmth.

In contrast, the staff at the Parleys location have always been welcoming and go out of their way to make every customer feel valued. Given my experiences at the Highland location, I’m unlikely to return to either store, as I’ve observed a concerning lack of respect and kindness from both employees and the owner towards myself and others who clearly aren’t wealthy.

For anyone looking to shop sustainably while still finding quality clothes, I highly recommend driving to Park City to thrift instead. While it may be a longer drive, the thrift stores there have consistently treated me well, offer amazing selections, and feature great prices.

Awesome consignment store! Great selection of carefully curated high end-items. Customer service was extremely friendly and attentive. I felt welcome and at ease there. They also have an “outlet” down in Draper that I am excited to check out. Will def be back!

Great that Salt Lake City has this, but we also have the internet. I love finding something one-of-a-kind awesome here and then ordering it on ebay for half the price, without the snooty service.
