Sketchy, frequented by addicts, homeless and transients, literally someone was smoking crack inside last time I went. Cash only. You will be begged for change and dollars and cigarettes by everyone inside and outside. Do not recommend coming alone as a woman. They have an ATM with a 99 cent fee which is rare in a city.
Besides that they do have a decent amount of snacks and drinks I guess?
