Terrible place. Came for flatbed of salt 6:00 appt time 3 hours later still not loaded. Very slow not one person cares. Avoid this place

It has been an awful experience. The fact that the place to load changes yearly, it's just feels like a messy operation.

Just bringing the last two years into the light: Last year, they almost destroyed my trailer by dropping the load directly on it. The worker didn't want to admit that he messed up even though the load was spilled and on its side in my trailer. This year, the man I spoke with, made me drive through mud to get to the yard. He hung up on me when I tried to explain how there is no direction in the road as to where to go. The loader ruined my rhino-liner but he was at least not blaming me but he did say that dumps should not have them. I would like to say that I have trailers that are probably as old as him and the liner was fine with all the loaders prior to his carelessness.. Needless to say, I hope I can find another supplier; They have cost me too much grievances. Unprofessional and sloppy is the bottom line.

They have 5 different facilities on site. I showed up for keystone for a van load of salt. In and out in an hour and a half and they were on lunch break when I showed up. No lines of trucks waiting either. Don't know why all the bad reviews. I see most of the reviews are over a year or two old. They must have gotten their act together since then

Awesome place with very professional employees! Tony set me up with a pick up number over the phone. Drove down, payed, got loaded quickly and with kind, professional service! I may just come down for another pallet of salt just to get the experience again!

I'm at there salt division and been waiting 4 hours and 30 minutes and still have not gotten a call to come in this place is the worst place I've ever been to they are very uncoordinated is there plant on the other side of the river from this address will never ever come back here again we have lost out on so much fuel and time and money it's not even worth it. Still not even loaded there was bout 40 trucks in front of me n at least 35 behind me.

Been sat here 2 1/2 hrs now. Way over booked! Must be 27 trucks here & they're moving s l o w! My clock is running, not that they care & it's a cheap azz load. If im hot i know the guy at the very back will be when he ends up sleeping here tonight. UGH
FOUR HOURS. ...I'm still waiting. What's even worse is they have admitted to being two hours behind but now the drivers who were already coming in late are now cutting me off for being on time. This SO wrong, they really need a sign in system here. WOW
WooHoo, 4 1/2 hrs later i get a dock...

I pick up salt here to deliver to various twps boros or state sheds,for them to put down on our area roads. I also do work the the warehouse in the back of the complex and the girls here are very good to work with at the office and all the loaders are all good people.
