Wife and I moved to this new apartment in late 2024 and so far we love it! The community is very friendly. The apartment complex is very pet friendly which is a huge plus. The amenities are to die for and so far my favorite thing about the Linz is the amount of food trucks we get every week. Will recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

Sarah is the best apartment manager I have ever met. She is both smart and extremely through at how she conducts business but she is also socially intelligent which translates into a great experience when tenants have issues or in some cases make mistakes by not fully following all the rules. She translates into each person's way of thinking so it makes sense to them. Also, she deserves the "best dressed" award. 🙂

Linz of Viera apartments is a great place to live. The complex grounds are maintain and the common areas are kept clean. Maintenance staff is friendly and service request are completed in a timely manner. Really enjoy the events the office staff puts on for the community. It brings everyone together, you get to know your neighbors. Have lived in other apartment complex’s never had an office staff friendly and helpful even when enforcing rules. The bedrooms and closets are big, one of my favorites is the screened in porch. There is a lot of amenities that come with living here, but the Linz team makes it so you can enjoy living here!!

Linz is absolutely the best choice in the area. We finally saved enough for our own place, so we moved out, but that was the only reason. The people, amenities, everything is just perfect. Sarah and the team are the best people you could imagine working with. 🥺I just feel sad and nostalgic when I think about the enjoyable moments we had. 100% recommended!

With an ideal location close to 95 and all the fun of Viera I was really excited to tour the Linz. Sarah R was my guide and made my tour, and the entire lease process smooth and quick. She was available whenever I had any questions and made my experience incredible. The place is STUNNING and I had one issue with my fridge on move in, they immediately fixed it I didn’t have to wait even an hour. 1000/10 recommend.

Great community and staff worked with all of them and it has been a pleasure to deal with the office for anything I’ve needed. The location is perfect closed to everything, the amenities make me feel like I’m living in a resort, everything is always clean and spot on. This was the best choice after touring many different apartments!

I haven't been at Linz very long, but have definitely enjoyed my time here so far. Natasha and the rest of the leasing staff were incredibly welcoming, and answered my numerous questions and issues when moving in.

I like that the apartments are spaced out well and outdoors, previously I had an indoor apartment in VA that felt.. tight. Parking(where I'm at) is not an issue. Sound is also pretty important to me - I've not heard my neighbors on my right side at all, and got a corner unit to avoid the possibility of noisy neighbors on my left lol. I've a 2BR/2BA and certainly Linz is higher quality across the entire apartment, as it should be being only a few years old at best. Have not had to make a service request with maintenance yet.

The Linz of Viera is such a great place to live!! Ive been here a few months and I cant give enough praise to Brianna, Sara, and everyone that has made my move in so easy. The maintenance here is top notch, everything here is well maintained and beautiful. The residents are awesome and it’s such a great vibe living here. I feel safe and the location is fantastic! The amenities are excellent and social events are planned as well and the different food trucks that come here is awesome!! I loved my move in day when Brianna took me to my new home and there was a lovely gift bag set out and it felt really nice to see that. Communication between the staff and residents and maintenance is top notch. Im really happy here!!

Exceptional management!! I have never seen such professionalism and quick response time to complaints! They truly make sure you are comfortable and not subject to the typical “apartment experience.” Rules such as no smoking and noise complaints are strongly enforced. The property is clean and beautiful. Maintenance is done quickly if not the same day, even on holidays. Very friendly and helpful staff. We have since moved out of state but miss the Linz management tremendously. It is very difficult if not impossible to find apartment management that is nearly as nice as the Linz! Highly recommend living here if you want a no fuss experience!

Natasha was the most personable and helpful leasing professional we have met throughout our hunt for a new home. New to FL and so far we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Linz of Viera. The front management team, specifically Natasha, was instrumental from start to finish of our move-in process. They went above and beyond in accommodating all of our needs. As far as the neighborhood itself, the commodities and overall atmosphere suit our needs perfectly. All-in-all, very glad we chose to live here over other alternatives in the area, and would highly recommend to anyone stuck on the fence about where to live in Viera.

I only just moved in last week but so far my experience has been amazing. The first weekend the leasing office staff organized a summer event at the pool and it had a lot of participation from the other residents. All the amenities are better in person. But I think this place only works because of the staff. Adrian and the rest of the leasing office are great to work with and helped me apply and move-in with ease. The maintenance staff have already come in and attended to some minor things I pointed out. The next 14 months are going to be amazing!
