This store gets weekly deliveries so depending on when you go it can be hit or miss. Sometimes we find gems and other times nothing but the key is to go often and on days they recieve new stock. The sales associates are always very helpful and friendly.

Follow their page on instagram to keep up with their weekly deals and updates.

Very overpriced except for the $2 glasses.

Broken furniture for $478!? These aren't vintage pieces that are one of a kind. Make the prices 90% off and I'll be back.
Who pays $160 for a blanket?

Honestly, you’d have better luck purchasing items, full price when they’re on sale for the discount they have here. Most items are scratched, or as you can see completely damaged beyond repair. Discounts are minimal. In my opinion, it’s not worth the trip unless you live five minutes away. Granted, you can find a few deals here and there. Why dig through bins full of garbage, when you can just go to the store. Not very impressed, if you want people to actually buy items at the store, you may need to mark them down more than 1/100 of a percent…

We’ve bought two light fixtures, and they are missing pieces or are damaged. I know this is a risk at an outlet, but they don’t let you open the box on your own; you have to take the light to the counter and be rushed through inspection by someone who doesn’t know what should be in the box. They actually guaranteed all the pieces were there Their response has been “¯\_(ツ)_/¯ employees don’t know what are in boxes and sorry, non-refundable”. Seems like they are just taking advantage of customers when they know boxes are missing pieces or are damaged. I would not recommend buying anything you can’t examine closely.

No great deals here. A lot of damaged items still selling at high prices. Not worth it I was disappointed

Prices are still relatively high on some items but it is some savings.

Let’s talk about the clearance section though. I understand that it is an outlet but that section is a disaster, the type you don’t advertise to the public. Pottery Barn, much like William-Sonoma and West Elm is known as higher end and even outlets should be presented as such. Things are just thrown about or still in boxes with no way to tell what they are or what condition they are in.

Might I suggest rebranding to Pottery Barn Swap Meet

Lots of nice expensive items but limited in the way of choice meaning you’ll have to be satisfied with what they have otherwise it’s a waste of time in my opinion.

Turn back while you can. This place is pure chaos, most items pretty damaged and if not ridiculously priced. I laughed because quite a few items I have seen at Ross with better quality and pricing. Service is pretty MIA here as well. You think if someone is going to pay an insane price for something they’d have some great sales people. The upside is there’s plenty of parking because no ones in there.
