Horrible service, MGR 'S name is Samir. I went in for gas spent $ 37.94 on my debit, cashier asked me to swipe again thank goodness I didn't or I'd be out of more money. I went to talk to Samir the next day he says wait 7-10 buisness days for it to go back to my card. So what do you know it didn't called my bank the pending dropped an it was canceled, but fastrip didn't release my money back to me I'm so dissatisfied they stole my money. So Samir directed me to there cooperate office. Which didn't help at all they refused to give me my money stating : wait for it well its been two weeks that's fraud an a scam be careful shopping with your cards if it happened to me will happen to anyone.....? ?

I go to the store because it's close to my house and there's 60 cents cheaper on my cigarettes than Family Dollar is but the problem I have with the store is every time I go into the store the owner or one of the owners close relatives that Rings me up on the register will scan menthol cigarettes which are way more expensive than regular cigarettes and I don't smoke menthols and I'm trying to explain to him they're not the same price he's trying to tell me they are but they're like a whole dollar off on the price so and then they advertise two for five on the Mountain Dew why am I getting charged $8 for two of them if they're two for five and then when you try to tell them about it it's Oh no you're a bad customer you you I still haven't received my $12 back from this store they charged my card $10 for a pack of cigarettes that I never received because they said I didn't have enough but yet they still took the funds off my card I've been waiting for it to be reimbursed back on my card it's been a week now but me I'm just going to take it as a loss because I don't want to go there and deal with the freaking owner that's sad that I have to lose out on money because of how someone Acts yeah I should just not go there anymore but when I don't have a car and I'm walking and it's 100 out that store is the closest to me so my hands are tied a little bit beware of what your purchasing

Avoid fast trip . The owner will not refund anything what so ever and the prices are ridiculously high. I’ve given this place several chances due to convenience and I regret it every time.

Traveled from Montana down to Southern California & back this was one of the best places I found for affordable fuel. ❤ Unfortunately, they didn't have window washer fluid... I had to go across the street for it. Weird

THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT SUPPPORT MILITARY/ VETERANS.Rented a jetski from these guys. Asked for a military discount and they said they would honor a 10% at checkout (deduct 10% off my total from the fuel surcharge).
Returned the jetski no problem. But they refused to honor their 10% discount that was promised with a military ID. This place does not do what they say. Do not recommend doing business with them. Staff members inside didnt seem to care what their boss had stated to me personally in my face. Had to wait a few minutes due to staff members arguing with customers outside about a broken down boat. Kinda sucks that I was a repeat customer. Will not recommend doing business with them. Wish I could give zero stars. The place directly next door to them is their family business as well. Avoid completely

I stopped here Friday, April 23rd, to use the bathroom and get some cold water for my family and the bathroom was beyond disgusting!! I had to wash the toilet seat before I could even use the seat cover because it was covered in urine. I will never stop here again because of how filthy it was. The owners/managers should teach their employees that "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean" instead of playing on their phones when they should be working.

Went in and bought a 6 pack of white claw. Lady rang it up at 16.95. I told her that must be wrong because that is what a 12 pack cost. She responded back at well this is a convenience store so prices are higher. Doesn't seem convenient to me.
