It was fun shopping with my granddaughter today at the Wrapsody Hoover location. The store is so clean and well stocked with so many beautiful items. Wrapsody is my favorite store to buy gifts for my daughters and friends. There is an amazing selection of items to choose from and E Newton bracelets & candles are always a go-to item. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I love that gift wrapping is included! Wrapsody is a fun place to shop!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience, it was my first time in the store. The associate was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only to us but I overheard her speaking to an older couple as well assisting them with locating a gift for a family member. We will definitely be back. It's a very nice store. They sell so many different kinds of things from blankets, purses, clothes, candles, bath bombs, kitchen items, jewelry, some food items, Alabama themed items such as cutting boards and so on. The employee that spoke to me was very sweet. I will have to go visit again to find unique gifts for birthdays and Christmas.

I went in the Hoover Wrapsopy for the first time yesterday afternoon. All the employees were very kind and welcoming from the moment I stepped in the store until I left. They were having a big sale on dresses and I racked up. The clothes are adorable. It’s also a great place to buy a gift. I will be back soon!

Great store. Loved the variety of merchandise. The young lady that ran up my purchases was in a hurry to complete the sale and proceeded to shove my long dress and 2 shirts in a bag that was small and I explained that I didn’t want them in a wrinkled up mess. She never apologized or even offered another bag. I stood there and took all 3 items out of the bag and refolded everything to try and avoid wrinkling. I missed out on your sale, and paid full price to have your associate haphazardly shove my purchases in a too small bag. All the other sales associates were friendly and helpful

Great experience. Staff very nice and helpful. My only disappointment was there was too many candles, creams and scents. There was no way to smell them all. I would like to see more home and personal gifts on display other than these categories.
