I loved this store as a kid, and now, every time I visit Bisbee I come in to visit and end up buying cute things! I don't mind hand washing the clothes because they are so fun and cute, but they require gentle care. And the decorations and gifts I buy are always a hit with my friends and family. The owner always has nice things to sell and to chat about. He even lets my pup shop with me! I love this store.

I'd bought a pair of hippie pants went home threw then in the washer and dryer. I took them out and noticed that there was a hole in the seam. I proceeded to return them from another pair of pants. I went home and also threw them in the washer and dryer and the same thing had happened (obviously a manufacturing issue). So I went back and told the owner about the issue. Then he grabs the pants from my hand throws the in garbage. Hands me $20 and as I'm walking out the door tells me, "don't come here again." I have never been treated so poorly. If you want to be treated like a piece of trash I would definitely go here.
