Refused to give back money that their store has repetitively overcharged me. I pay too much for cigarettes here to support a local business, anyway. What a shame. Theft is pretty illegal, guys. I hope you get on board with real customer service instead of screwing over your own neighborhood. You're right. I was in there every single day and could've been held accountable had I lied. Now? I won't be in spending my $250+ a week.

*Just called my bank. It took 2 minutes if discovery to see that my card was charged twice. Don't shop here. They steal money.

Customer service was good they could have had another person at the cash register to speed things up. The car wash is excellent and does a great job cleaning my vehicle. Snacks inside are great and Friday and I have a little fast food joint attached as well call it good burger grill

NOT open 24 hours. They have a walk up window that you can request items through. Which is not the same thing as being "open." I drove 25 minutes from Florence to peruse some cravings. Anyone who's had early morning cravings knows you can't just spit ball items to an attendant through a window. I wanted to oogle the candy aisle & weigh my options. The owner should definitely clarify that the walk-up WINDOW is open 24/7.

I am posting to share a better experience from a employee at your store. I was cheated out of my car wash and one of your employees set it right and then had the decency to stay and help me and the nice gentleman behind me. This employee should be commended for what he did. Sometimes you think good customer service is dead, not with this gentleman. Thank you for your great service.

This place is filthy. As a past employee from the Public Health dept, this place would rate a high D.
Besides the car wash being disabled most of the time, the window washing containers at the pumps are always empty. I walked to 4 today. All empty.
The bathroom is disgusting. Got a coffee at 530AM and it was luke warm. I see most reviews comment on how wonderful the staff is. When are they on duty cause the one in the morning never smiles, is always grumpy and acts like she hates her job. I suggest taking some pointers from QT. The place is immaculate and the staff are always smiling and busy.
