Metal Creek was so easy to work with! They called me each week to update me on the status of my vehicle and were so polite! When I finally picked my vehicle up, I was really happy with the quality of the work that they did. I was even pleasantly surprised to see that they took the time to also detail the interior of my truck AND wash it. They definitely went the extra mile with their customer service. Wow! All I can say is wow. Do not take your vehicle anywhere else but Metal Creek Auto body. From start to finish the communication is impeccable. The body work that was done exceeded my expectations and I used to do body work. My truck looks better than it did new, the body lines match up better than factory. They cleaned the inside and washed the outside before they gave it back. Also the timeliness of it all is just fantastic, they were done with it within two weeks! They brought my truck in TWO months ahead of schedule. I cannot thank them enough! People in the body shop are rockstars at their jobs and the front end people are just the same. Thank you all so much, you guys are greatly appreciated!

I totally recommend Metal Creek Auto Body!!! I brought my truck in after an accident for repairs and was told it could take 2 weeks. The work was completed in just 4 days!!! They did an awesome job and I am 100% satisfied with their service!!!

After my son was involved in a car accident, we decided to seek an estimate from Metal Creek Auto Body. Despite dropping off the vehicle and being informed that there were no issues, my son returned to explain concerns about the engine. However, the staff seemed uninterested in addressing the matter. Subsequently, upon driving the car home, it experienced a catastrophic failure, resulting in ignition and subsequent fire. ? Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

If you don’t care about the quality of work and workmen ship put towards your vehicle. This is the place to go, but if you care about all of that stuff, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere because they do not take time nor pride in what they do. i’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. they told me that that was not overspray or buffing scratches from prepping for paint. and they tried telling me that it was road grime, and told me if I bring it back in they would detail it for free. Keep in mind whenever I picked up the truck. It was completely washed. The plastic bed railing was not clipped in all the way and the rearview mirror was hanging by its wire and not attached.

Extremely satisfied with these guys. I got rear-ended last year and have been waiting on insurance and parts to come through. Halfway through the repair I had an emergency situation come up while they had my truck half apart. They slapped it back together in no time and rescheduled the repair to better fit my needs. 10 out of 10 would recommend these guys to anyone needing vehicle maintenance done. I can say enough how grateful I am for these guys and their willingness to help me in a tough time.

Metal Creek took incredible care of me after my work truck was hit just a couple days into my crazy season. Their communication is 10/10. Had me in same day of accident to take apart and provide an estimate. I was able to use my truck until parts arrived. Parts arrived early, and they were able to move me up on the schedule. Start to finish, truck was done in 26 days!!! Not only is the repair and communication perfection, they washed my truck, and they have an awesome shop dog that's always looking for some tummy rubs <3
