This Pharmacy isn't so busy you wonder if your prescription was filled correctly, like at Safeway. Family Pharmacy is the way to go!

This place is awesome quick easy and affordable the staff here are very nice and extremely helpful I have diabetes and it's nice dealing with a pharmacy that make you feel confident in their abilities unlike like other big name pharmacies that just leave you uncomfortable and frustrated with their abilities to do everything wrong

I started going to Alaska Family Pharmacy after Sams Club closed. I chose them because some of the Sams crew transferred there and we really liked working with them for our scrips. Their North Pole location is really close to my home and with their later hours, it's easier for me to stop in after work and then straight home. No out of the way travel!

The team has been there for my family for so many years. Some of the members were there for us when my Hub had a stroke in 2014 (Sams) and they kept on it when they transferred over. They were there for us through surgeries, new health developments, our pup's meds... the works. Heck they watched our little girl grow up! When my Hub passed in 2022, they were there for us even more. On a family level. They seemed to feel the loss as if it were one of their own family members.

They take the time to learn their customers and they go out of their way to try and get specialty / very popular meds from whomever they can so you don't miss a dose. I know if I have a question, they are a phone call away and if they don't carry it... they know who does.

We are very fortunate to have such a close knit pharmacy family in two locations (we were saddened to hear the closing of the MDA location) who really care about those they serve and don't see the customer as exactly that, but rather an extension of their own family.

My family is forever grateful for what they have done for us over the years, and for helping us keep the Hub around a little bit longer. We really loves you guys!!!

I had my wisdom teeth removed today and needed to get my prescription. I went in and was immediately greeted and on top of that a super friendly woman saw my mouth was swollen and didn’t make me talk or wait very long to get what I needed and to go. If I ever have to get a prescription filled and am not on post I will definitely be using them!!!

Very small, very cute pharmacy. I don't know what all they carry because I've only ever picked up prescriptions from them. Staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
