Clarity made me exactly what my brain was wanting for my birthday dinner. I'm at that age, where birthdays depress you. When we walked in there was a large crowd and we expected a large wait. The 2 ladies running the table welcomed us with large friendly smiles and nearly immediately asked what we would like to eat. I glanced at the man standing in front of me and he smiled with a mention that his food was almost done in the toaster. Fluidity would be a good adjective for the way these ladies worked together. I had my food (and an added purchase of soup because she made it sound so good!) in my hand and paid for in less than 4 minutes!!! (Yes as a dasher I time everything now days.) My daughter and I sat at a table and found out she really was serious the cheddar and broccoli chowder was amazing!! The sandwich was made to perfection and by the end of the visit I was actually smiling and felt like I'd visited with an old friend at the local sub shop like when I was a kid. It felt so good! Thank you Clarity for the wonderful feeling of my childhood today of all days.

If I could give this location a rating of zero, I would. My recent experience at Subway in North Pole has been consistently disappointing, leading me to share my concerns.

I ordered two 12-inch sandwiches: a meatball and a ham turkey. Unfortunately, the service was subpar from the start. For the meatball sandwich, I specifically requested no black olives, as my child is very picky. Despite my repeated requests, the staff seemed annoyed and removed only a few olives before reluctantly taking the rest off. The attitude displayed by the employees was unprofessional and dismissive.

For the ham turkey sandwich, I asked for the bread to be toasted without heating the meat or cheese. The employee confirmed that the bread was not toasted, but when I requested the bread to be toasted separately, I was met with the same uninterested attitude.

To add to my frustration, the bread was hard and stale—far from the fresh quality I expect from Subway. I’ve worked at Subway before and know the difference between fresh and old bread. We ended up discarding both sandwiches due to their unacceptable quality, which felt like a waste of money.

When I went to pay, the employee informed me that she had used my points without my consent. I expressed my concern about not being asked beforehand, to which she replied, “Sorry, I’m new.” In a customer service role, it’s essential to communicate clearly and respectfully, regardless of experience.

To make matters worse, one of the employees was on her cell phone for the entire duration of my visit, which is highly unprofessional and distracting.

As I left, I noticed the staff giving me unfriendly looks and attitudes. When I mentioned contacting the district manager, “R,” they suddenly changed their demeanor and offered apologies, indicating that they were aware of their behavior.

Additionally, I found it unprofessional for staff members to be wearing pajama pants instead of proper uniforms. This lack of management oversight reflects poorly on the establishment and contributes to the decline in food quality and service.

This was not an isolated incident; this is the fourth time I’ve encountered issues at this location during dinner hours. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in service and quality, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously for the sake of future customers.

This place closes when they like. Not 9 as advertised. Went there 7:15 tonight, they were pissed. One looked so stoned she couldn’t tell you what day it was. Once before i had one employee run and shut the door in my face and lock the door saying sorry were closed at 7:30! I feel sorry for the owner of this store. They’ll be bankrupt soon with employees like that!

I've been eating at Subway for 25 yrs and today I was shocked! Walked into this subway and saw 2 customers standing to order, As I stood in line for about 5-8 minutes, I noticed no one was behind the counter making sandwiches. I asked the 2 people ahead of me in line where the employees were, and they both replied they didn't know. They called out for someone, and no one answered or came to the counter. After 12 minutes of waiting the 2 people left the store WITHOUT food. I went to the cash register and could've made my own sandwich and took the cash in the till, but instead decided to yell for someone. I heard a faint (just a minute). A couple minutes later 3 employees are from the back of the store and started taking orders. Very strange it was 12:30pm and waited 20 minutes to get a subway sandwich!! Dear management, you may be losing a lot of business and return customers with this type of terrible customer service. Hope you can resolve this issue asap.

Placed an order online for two foot long combos a foot long cookie and a double cheese dipper, had to set for delivery so by the time I made it home our food would be there. Got the food for both subs to be missing ingredients and have wrong ones in them, the cheese dipper had NO cheese in it, missing the dip, missing the foot long cookie, one if the drinks (the one we got was wrong) and both bags of chips. Tried calling the store 4 times with it ringing and then it would hang up.
My husband went into the store with the receipt and told them what was wrong and they tried to tell him there was nothing they would do. When he asked for the manager he was told that they were busy and they they would redo only one of the sandwiches and gave him one bag of chips, the cookie and he had to almost demand that he get a new dipper since ours had no cheese or the sauce. Paid $60.00 still missing items.

Ordered ahead of time but still had to go in to pickup and hopefully order soup since it’s never available via app. One lady trying to fill orders and two ladies in the back. Produce is not ready and of course there is no soup. Been open for 1.5 hours.
No silverware to cut, no cutting of my meats or cheese ( I don’t mind doing it myself if I have a knife), ratio of oil and red wine vinegar to salad is way off. Counter to pay and serve was absolutely disgusting. I’ve been to plenty of Subways in my life and this is in the top 5 of worst ever visits.

Don’t order online…it’s beyond their brainpower. It’s clear the workers are not communicating. Several customers before us also left frustrated. Pretty sure one of the ladies working there was under the influence of something.

This place has had its problems in the past much like most restaurants in northpole but unlike most places here when they close for months they have actually improved not gotten worse the bread is fresh the ingredients taste good will they always be like this for everyone probably not everyone has their own opinion but this is mine take it for what it's worth give them a decent chance then form your own opinion like an adult you might be shocked like I was good going guys
