Great location for visiting 6 flags or universal studios (which is what we did) beautiful location in Stevenson Ranch. The room itself was clean and the beds were super comfortable if you like a softer bed which I do. The only reason I marked it 4 instead of 5 is because it is a bit run down. You can tell it's an older hotel with the decor and the colors used. There were also other signs of wear and tear. Also they don't seem to enforce the no smoking rule at all time as the first night someone on our floor was smoking weed and we could smell it all night. We didn't complain as we were tired from an extremely long drive and just wanted to sleep. We did not have this issue on any other night and we stayed for 4 nights so they may have taken care of it or the person checked out the next day. The breakfast was good. Standard scrambled eggs and either sausage patties or bacon. They had cereal as well as juice and waffles. Over all we would stay here again as the price and location were perfect and it was clean.

The room was very nice. The floors were carpeted and there were three queen sized beds. Perfect for the 6 of us. There was a small cushioned bench as well. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
The air conditioner had a blinky light on it, but we covered it with a shirt at night so it didn’t keep us awake. And the sleeper couch by the air conditioner was the coldest, so the person who likes to sleep cold should be on that one for sure.
The continental breakfast was decent. Not very well stocked whenever we ate there, but I’m assuming they were understaffed. At least you could make your own waffles. The trick at this place was to take them out about 10 seconds early because the waffle makers tended to burn them and to do a cup and a quarter of the batter to fill it all of the way. The cinnamon waffle batter was a nice touch and was really yummy. They didn’t have much to put on the waffles except syrup. Nevertheless, it filled us up and made for a good breakfast. Our favorite snack were the pastries, which were really only there right after they put them out. The cheese horn is a cream cheese pastry and really quite good.
Overall it was a great stay.

Rooms were simple and clean, one of the few venues able to sleep our family of 5. The amenities were as described and the breakfast was decent for continental. My only real knock on the food was the ham lunch meat they had on one of the days which was a weird breakfast item. We tried the hot tub which was nice but it was a little cold for the pool. The hotel itself was really close to Six Flags and I 100% recommend it if you're planning on going!

Update: We've stayed here twice now, no issues either time. The front desk people were super friendly and one even recognized us from our visit several months ago. If you're coming for a Six Flags visit I still absolutely recommend for ease and proximity! ☺️

If I was consistent and the ratings were so, I’d give this hotel a 4.4, but because I had such a great experience with Mark K, I am leaving a 5.

It is far from LA where I need to move around and do work, but it’s still close enough.

Thanks for making it a good experience.

Love the pillows and the bed! Totally forgot to eat the free breakfast.

Good location for six flags plenty of restaurants nearby too.

The room we initially got booked in was pretty bad shape. The floor/carpet was all wet and the mattress was torn around the outside edge with all of the foam/padding exposed and looked like an animal had been chewing on it.

Staff put us in a new room that was pretty dusty on the headboard - kinda brutal lol other than that we slept decently.

Positive: We've stayed there a few times. It's always been clean, spacious and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Negative: The breakfast was better on our previous stays, but was still adequate this time.

Mark on nights was so helpful! He checked us in quick and answered all our questions. He got crash towels for the big jacuzzi. The room was clean and big.any places to eat right on the same street. Got hot breakfast and it was good.

Unfortunately, the front desk receptionist had a noticeably unwelcoming attitude and was not very helpful. It felt as though we were inconveniencing her just by checking in. I’ve stayed at more budget-friendly hotels where the service was far more courteous and professional, so it’s disappointing to encounter this level of rudeness at a place that should uphold higher standards. Based on this customer service experience alone, I would not recommend staying here.
