Dawna was super helpful! An essential recently stopped working, and I needed to get another one a similar nature and price point, she took me to exactly what I needed. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. Everything was neat and organized and it seemed like they had an abundance of product compared to other stores that I’ve recently been into that I felt were lacking inor variety. Overall great experience and would recommend for all of your adult needs.

store manager is something that rhymes with “runt”. she often accuses customers of stealing and becomes very short with them if she doesn’t feel like they’re important enough or if she doesn’t think they’re going to spend enough money. the switch she does is honestly neurotic. she regularly badmouths her employees to customers in front of other employees/to other employees, and she honestly acts like she uses more than just the bathroom during her breaks. how she is allowed to continue managing any business while actively displaying such an alarming level of unprofessionalism is absolutely beyond me. also witnessed another employee start an altercation with customers where a full-on brawl and violence definitely ensued. it appears that said employee still works there without there having been any sort of discipline taken against them. extremely disturbing. if the attitude of the employees isn’t enough to prevent you from going, there is more to be said.

do not buy lingerie from this establishment. it is cheaply made and overpriced, and they do not do returns on lingerie (for sanitary purposes). in fact, 99% of what you see in the store is unable to be returned, so proceed with caution. most things run small.

the store is often the victim of shoplifting from the same people that still come back and continue to shoplift without facing repercussions. security is mostly an (ineffective) accessory to attempt to deter criminals from acting. it does not work. do not recommend going when it is dark out. it also often looks disgusting and matches the shady area of town in which it is located. they apparently cannot afford a regular janitor.

overall this business is overwhelmingly god-awful. while some employees are more patient and do have helpful knowledge to assist you, the cons certainly outweigh the negatives of going in to the store. if you have questions you might consider calling instead of going in and then just purchasing your items online or from a different store altogether. 0/10.

Came in with my partner recently. Donna is very knowledgable about all the different toys/products, was welcoming and friendly, and explained the safety procedures for bondage items. I had a great experience here

Love this place! The staff is very knowledgeable, fun when helping, encourage people to get a feel for things so that they will be happy.

It’s never weird, awkward or creepy. I always leave laughing about something the staff said.

Love the staff. So friendly, helpful, down to earth. I went in to get a valentine gift for my best friend. I told them who I'm shopping for and the occasion and they helped me out. I wish there were more plus size fashion or I would have bought her a Tshirt or crop top. I didn't go in the back, I stayed up front in the gift section. Maybe next time.

Great employees, they will help you out very well, never make it awkward , every time I go I spend over $100 on very good products. Even with the cheap items I'm satisfied, to expensive items too. Also they gave me a coupon one time when their card system was down and had to wait a little. I'm usually a large or extra large on clothing and if they don't have the item they help you find something similar or anything that works out for you.I love this place and I recommend it so much!💕💕💕

I shop here all the time, and it’s disappointing that the manager there Vanessa the store manager one day treated me very poorly. And all she offered me was a bogus. I think she said 20% discount when I already get 25% discount for leaving reviews so now I’m gonna start leaving nothing but poor reviews. It’s really sad that I had to stop shop in there just because I really want to make my catalog there, but you know what I shop where they treat me well because if I’m gonna be spending money I need is for Vanessa to have a running around back-and-forth when it’s rainy. I contacted HUSTLER directly and it feels like nothing got done so apart from leaving more bad reviews I’m gonna also contact the Better Business Bureau and let them know because I feel like I’m not being heard
