Make sure you make your appointment and knock when you get there , she keeps the door locked

This place was a waste of my time! Beautiful dresses but pricey quince dresses about $2,000.
Lady was attentive at first, received my call right away, assisted me and my daughter to find a dress, I paid $1,000. Down pmt and made arrangements to pay the other $1,000 2 weeks later and that measurements would also be started that day.
It's been 2 weeks from agreed date and I have been calling "Maria" and she does not call back! Her shop is always closed!
I have been left looking for another dress elsewhere and with the quince 2 months away!!!
Do NOT waste your time here. I wish I would have read the reviews first because apparently this is what she does!
It's a hit 🎯 or miss scam! Read the prints. You could hold up your end of deal and still loose your money because she does not come through!
Maria- I want my down payment back! 😡 I'll see you in court!
Update: For anyone who needs to file a small claims civil suit- her name is Maria Luz Inguanzo bc you won’t find her name anywhere on her business advertisements! YW.

I place an order back on may 2022. I was told will be ready on august 2022. After me calling several times order is ready mid October 2022. This is 2 weeks before the quinceañera. Wrong bouquet made, crown missing a diamond, missing the tocado never made. Be careful with this boutique!!! They will not have your items ready by the time they say. Also your items will be their way not yours. All they say was a confusion. They only offer you a 10% discount. I drove an hour and half to pick an order still unfinished. Owner never available!!!!

This place steals your money! Cancellation policy is shady. I would never recommend you spend money here. I keep getting the run around and nothing gets resolved and it has been 4 whole months. Owner or manager is never available and they refuse to give information like an email or phone number. I drove in person twice now to this place 9 hours away from me to try and resolve our issue and was still refused a resolution.

Our dress arrived days before the party after she had guaranteed it would arrive atleast 3 months in advanced just in case we wanted alterations. we lost the photo shoot, when the dress arrived four days before the party she told us she forgot to order the rest of the package item. We had to wait 2 more days. What should have been a stress free purchase became the most stressful times.

Worst customer service ever!!! The hours posted on the window say that it is open at 11 am but the owner is no where to be found!! This lady managed to mess up my sisters dress because she ordered the wrong size and the bridesmaid dresses were not the color she had originally showed us. We were shown the exact fabric color the dress would come in,and she sold us a dress that was completely different when it came into the store, and after all of that she still has the audacity to still charge us for alterations. I do not recommend this place because no matter how cheap the dresses are the customer service is horrible.

Worst experience with this place we order my sister's quince dress in February for july 1st . we were told it was going to take 3 months but it didnt arrive until 3 days before the party and once it arrive she told us she forgot to order the bible,cushion,album and doll. And we had to wait 2 more days. We called many times for the status of the order and she never gave us any info just said call another day. My sister was so stressed out, invitations were sent out late. She wasnt able to get her photo shoot with her dress.
