I ordered on March 18 and got it by March 22. I got me a 1000x straw Stetson hat, came with free shipping, a complementary feather and the original Stetson box. The hat fits great, no complaints. I’m from Texas so had never heard of this place. I was skeptical but they are legit! Thank you

Awesome customer service, they went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. They even custom cut a hat’s rim to fit my son, I had no idea they did that there. I left super happy!

Ordered a hat online and I have been trying to communicate by all means with the store and have not been able to speak to anyone!! No phone answer no email answer or WhatsApp answer! All I needed was answer. Don’t think I’ll ever buy from them again! Horrible communication skills.
