One of the best purchasing experiences all around. From the customer service, to the fast shipping, to the quality of the products they offer. This is why I go back again and again to Rural Haze, and I live out of state! Thank goodness for their easy to use online store! As I write this, I am thinking about my next purchase, a beautiful turquoise and silver ring! If I can, I choose to shop small family owned businesses, and Rural Haze is one of my favorites! ❤️

Oh my goodness, I am positive that people everywhere can hear me screaming in delight!!! Pictures DO NOT do these boots justice. It is not only the boots that brought such a smile to my face, but the sight when I opened the box. A personal letter sealed with a wax seal thanking me for my purchase. Both boxes were were wrapped, and it made me giggle while pulling the strings. Absolutely Amazing Customer Service!!!

Avoid purchasing! I purchased a pair of shoes in March. I got a notice the shoes supposedly shipped but nothing since. I’ve tried to contact this company multiple times via website or email with ZERO response. They didn’t have any problems taking my money though!

Thank you for the response. I really wanted the shoes. The only reason I filed the claim was because I couldn’t get any customer service from your company. Before I filed the claim to refund my money, why did you not respond to any of my communications?

Heaven forbid you need to return an item, it’s like pulling teeth. Save your money, time and effort. Shop elsewhere. Do not shop here

Also it’s interesting that I received a response on a google review but not from the multiple emails, calls and texts per the website. I received a small refund AFTER I filed a discrepancy with my bank with no explanation or confirmation. People do not shop here, very unprofessional. Save your money and time

Fantastic customer service! I'm pretty sure that it's the vest customer service experience I've ever had.
I noticed a defect in one of the shoes I purchased, but didn't notice it until quite a while after ordering them because I hadn't worn them, or even tried them on. I didn't expect a refund or exchange because it was my fault for not noticing in so long. However, I sent an email with images and they promptly responded and sent a new pair.
I will definitely be ordering again in the future.
