I bought a Hermes teapot for over $800. A piece of the porcelain fell out. Clearly something was wrong in the construction of this tea pot. Gearys does not replace the item.

Never shopped at Gearys before, what a fabulous experience!! I called to see if they had a product in stock, and Salvatore took care of everything. Within minutes I had purchased it, they gift wrapped it, and I picked it up 2 days later. He is shipping the 2nd portion (gift wrapped) directly to my friend once it’s back in stock. They even do curbside pick-up! I will definitely keep Gearys in mind for future gifts, they even stock Simon Pearce from VT!

I’ve shopped at Geary’s since the 1990s, Not just for very expensive things, but for small special gifts. They have a beautiful wedding registry in every year. I add pieces to our collection to complement our registry. I also really appreciate the hands-on service you get especially when you have a last minute gift to purchase.
