This place was so sketchy. The man that was working there was just staring and mad dogging me and my friend. He was very creepy, keeping his eyes on us the whole time throughout the store whenever we were even looking at anything. The staff didn’t ask us if we needed help. Very quiet and non welcoming people. That man just creeped us out, we left with nothing.

I went and bought some boots last week, they didnt have what I wanted available and kept trying to push an online order instead, chose a off the rack pair instead but I opened the box at home and found 2 different boots inside, called and asked to get them replaced, when I went in the younger girl who helped me insinuated to my face "you probably grabbed the wrong boot" ... she packaged them for me in the backroom so I don't see how I could've done that

pretty bad experience this time, the older woman running the store is MUCH more helpful

Great selection of Shirt, Jeans, Western Gear and a Huge selection of Cowboy Hats! Courteous service and helpful staff. I will be back when I'm in town.🤠

This place is phenominal!! I needed to find cowboy/ranch theme clothing and this place had it all, from sombreros to boots to shirts and also belts,jackets.They had a very great price range and a wide selection of clothing.(had us looking super fly) lol it has 2 rooms for trying out clothes. The staff there was super helpfull and tolerant which is very important for a person who cant make up their mind right away and asks for advice just like i did lol

Worst customer service I’ve seen!!!! Went to look for boots, since my bf and I like the quality of there merchandise but every time we go is always something with the way they interact with customers that i hate. Went to look for boots for myself and was standing (15mins)looking at boots n holding a pair which i wanted to try on, not until my bf raised his voice man looked at us & acknowledged we needed assistance he then asked with a very sarcastic tone of voice if i needed a size & even looked bother to go get for me! Once boots were tried on honestly wasn’t charmed. by then decided to leave, as usual never got asked if i would like to see another style/size nevertheless thank you for coming. Just like we walked in we walked out n doubt I’ll ever go back HERE!!!
Hope management steps up & gets more well educated / professional staff!

Very nice store, super clean. Very friendly customer service. Huge variety of cowboy boots. And, just boots in general. Very large selection of cowboy apparel. Large variety of shirt's. They also have a large selection of belts and belt buckles. There is also plenty of cowboy hats. There are a couple of selections of sports coats that are really nice. The prices are reasonable. Some things are pricey, but it's worth the value in quality.

DON’T GO HERE!!!! Shady place. The man that charged us immediately removed the price from the hat and charged us a few more dollars. I was not going to argue about the price with him because it was only a few dollars more and my boyfriend was paying. I thought he noticed. It was so shady and unprofessional. All that so that he can forget to charge us the second item that was obviously placed under our hat. Horrible costumer service. I know these items are good quality and are priced accordingly but it is not okay to change their prices at the register. Especially when the item is already marked at a certain price. I almost went back to ask for our money back but their policy is exchange only from what my boyfriend read while we waited to be charged for the second item. I don’t write reviews often but I wanted to warn people so they don’t waste their time and money here.

Horrible customer service. Asked the short guy for a size, told us they didn't have the size we asked for, walked away and never came back to help us. Waited about 30 mins before we finally got "some" help
