From the moment I interacted with her, it was clear she lacked basic understanding and respect for customer service. Instead of assisting me in locating my account, she rudely threw the store phone at me and forced me to find the information myself.

This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this incident has ensured that I will no longer be shopping at Wolford Boutique. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and the behavior I encountered was far from that.
