I posted a review a few months ago but not sure why my post was taken down. My review does not find fault with the product or service. I loved my leather carry-on, packing cubes and computer sleeve. What I do find fault with is leadership that determined that those who lost their homes in the recent Pacific Palisades fires and bought expensive luggage from their store 2 months prior were not given an opportunity to buy back their expensive pieces for any kind of discount. This luggage is not manufactured at the rate it is sold for. Many of us lost everything. Some compassion would have been appreciated.

Had the best service by the crew name Britney. She helped me for the emergency repairing to my luggage lock, and instant response to all kinds of question with great clarity attitude even I totally looked like I’m not buying anything from her already. Even the gate guard man had very helpful attitude to things aren’t his responsibility.

Just two days before a big trip, I realized my Rimowa case was in rough shape (wheels needed repair, and it had a few dents.)
I brought it into the BH Rimowa store, expecting I’d have to leave it behind for repairs. To my surprise, the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient.

When I arrived, the technician—Rodrigo, was assisting others with paperwork, but he still greeted me warmly. He was gracious, patient, knowledgeable, and impressively efficient. Not only did he repair my case on the spot, but he also gave me helpful tips on how to keep it in good condition moving forward.

Massive shout out to Rodrigo for his professionalism and dedication. Rimowa is truly lucky to have someone like him on the team. He completely turned my travel situation around. Thank you!

Prior to writing my review here, I reached out to Rimowa's HQ to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received by the Southern California regional manager Kris. Kris was very instrumental in procuring me an original aluminum cabin small spinner, and personally delivered it to my hotel. It was under unusual circumstances, but she followed through and I certainly appreciated it very much. If I'm ever back in Los Angeles, I'll stop by. Thanks again Kris!

Waited outside for 15 minutes to be let into Beverly Hills store. There were three customers in the store- apparently they can’t handle 4 customers at one time? So obnoxious. Will stick to ordering online.

I was a bit hesitant walking in based on some other reviews I’ve read, but I’m so glad I did. Chris greeted me warmly and offered assistance right away. He brought out several options, took the time to explain the different styles, and shared what’s popular. He even gave me space to try things out without any pressure to purchase. I was initially planning to buy both the Medium and Large sizes, but Chris genuinely suggested starting with just the Large for now. It was an all-around fantastic experience!

With plenty of seats available inside, they made my friend’s 84 year old father stand in the rain for a half hour. Nobody else in line. Only 3 parties in the store. When asked if he could sit and wait the answer was no (from the manager).

Will not be supporting this heartless business.

David (and his team) never fails to amaze me! Their customer service is impeccable. They are always so helpful, without any fuss. This Rimowa botique is the best.
