Tiffany sets the tone with her effortless poise and attention to detail. She is a true leader who creates an environment of calm sophistication and warmth. Her deep knowledge of the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and seasonal collections brought the Loewe universe to life in a way that felt both inspiring and approachable.

Heidelle was equally outstanding—personable, attentive, and incredibly intuitive. She was patient, thorough, and enthusiastic about finding pieces that fit not only my style but also my size and comfort. I especially appreciated how inclusive and accessible the store felt, with options thoughtfully presented to suit a range of body types without compromising on Loewe’s design ethos.

I love the Loewe brand and am shocked at how complacent the Rodeo staff is. Attention to detail and basic empathy has never been an issue at other Loewe locations.

I stopped by to pickup a gift for my friend’s 30th birthday and specifically asked for the tomato CANDLE.

The sales associate sold me the home fragrance instead and I hadn’t realized her mistake until my friend opened the gift.

I came to exchange the product next day. However, my friend opened the package and they would not take it back.

I’m not used to luxury brands making such blatant mistakes and especially not used to such poor customer service. The sales associate was deeply offensive, claiming he couldn’t tell if I had just filled the bottle with water. I told him to spray it himself and see to which he refused.

Loewe has a strict no return or exchange policy with liquids since they believe consumers are swapping their fragrances with water, which is insanity because I was never trying to purchase the fragrance, THE SALES ASSOCIATE SOLD ME THE WRONG PRODUCT😭😭😭

Terrible experience with a faulty item! Waited weeks and still nothing! Expect more from a “luxury” brand, you could also clearly see when I opened the tissue paper post purchase that the item was faulty but they happily still packaged it up and sold it to me! ( I didn’t see it getting wrapped as they do that out the back in the stock rooms)

I’ve shopped there multiple times before the brand became a hype, but no longer a loyal customer now. I still like the brand but don’t recommend going to this boutique because I have trusting issue with the SA. I was invited to an event of Loewe by one of the SAs but was told a few hours before the event that I could not go because of booking issue. I’ve never received any sort of apology or redemption after that. I’ve already invited my fiend as my guest which made me look stupid. Anyways I won’t go there anymore and happy flop lol

**BLATANT RACIST PROFILING AND DISCRIMINATION HAPPENS HERE.**

When my two nieces and I, three black females, tried to enter the store, the door attendant never smiled nor made relevant eye contact. Despite being first in line with three customers inside, we were directed to wait. Moments later, two Asian males arrived, and I suggested we step away from the entrance to see if they would be granted entry. In less than 15 seconds, they were allowed in. This was a clear example of racial profiling.

My nieces had spent the weekend sharing their love and excitement for this brand, and after reviewing the website I was interested in reviewing a puzzle purse for potential purchase. After the troubling incident, I called the store to speak with a manager. The male employee who answered asked why I wanted to speak with a manager. After I shared my experience, he responded, "let me explain." I shared with him there wasn't any acceptable explanation for what transpired, especially in 2024. He then abruptly hung up on me.

The behavior of the door security and the associate on the phone was unacceptable. I wish we had recorded the incident to share. Lowe's ruined our shopping experience today, and the associate's rude complacency was equally unacceptable.

Finally, LA has a flagship Loewe store. Great ambiance, clean and rich colors of interior. Pieces on display are great and unique.

Stopped by the Loewe boutique in BH to get a last minute Valentine’s Day gift for my wife. I had intended on getting one bag, but after hearing what the intended use case was, Steven took the time to show me a few other (better) choices. I ended up with a more-than-perfect gift which I’m 100% certain no one in her circle of friends back in Arizona will have.
