I am very impressed by the service I received from Lindsay! She is a shining example of providing outstanding customer service. I initially called the Rodeo store looking for Shark boots in Natural Beige, Lindsay offered to take my info to look into this color which has been sold out for more than 6 months. We stayed connected for several days. Her thoroughness, attentiveness and constant communication is what led me to buying the boots in a different color. The transaction was so seamless and felt like I had my own personal concierge. I’m so happy I now have a Givenchy rep relationship and will be sharing Lindsay info with my network. She is truly the best!
