Had an awesome experience at Audemars Piquet in Beverly Hills! We worked with Christian and he was fantastic—super friendly, knew everything about the watches, and really took his time with us. It never felt rushed or pushy, just really laid-back and helpful.

The hospitality was next level—they offered us coffee, water, even some chocolate while we tried on watches. It made the whole vibe feel really welcoming and comfortable. We ended up adding four watches to our wish list and honestly can’t wait to go back.

If you’re into exquisite watches, make an appointment with Christian. He’ll treat you right! FYI- most watches are over a year wait.

Ari’s courteous demeanor and the comprehensive tour of the AP memory lane, coupled with the variety of refreshments offered, set the stage for an unforgettable visit.

Having been with AP for over a decade and working with some of Beverly Hills' most exclusive clients, Kimberly's expertise and passion for the brand were immediately evident. Yet, what stood out even more was her kindness, warmth, and genuine care. She began our conversation by welcoming me to the AP family and took the time to truly understand my taste and preferences—a process that was both seamless and insightful.

Kimberly’s ability to discern my preferences was remarkable. She presented some of the finest timepieces AP has to offer, patiently walking me through each one and answering all my questions with grace and thoroughness. Not once did I feel rushed; instead, I felt valued and understood.

After trying on several stunning watches, there was one that I absolutely fell in love with. I expressed to Kimberly how much I adored it and didn’t want to take it off. To my surprise and delight, she smiled and said I didn’t have to. When I asked if I could purchase it, she revealed that they had anticipated my choice and had reserved the watch for me. Had a great experience over the phone with the Beverly Hills location. I spoke with Nadine, who was polite, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain my options.

This was a refreshing change after a less-than-helpful interaction at another location, where I was told I had no choice but to come in person. Nadine let me know I could ship my watch directly to the service center in Florida, which saved me a lot of time and hassle.

The two times I visited I was able to setup appointment the same day. And while they did not have all the watches I wanted to see, everything that was there I could try on. Overall nice people and experience at a superb iconic location.

My Royal Oak is about 12 years old and my wife noticed the movement was slow so I took it in to AP Rodeo Drive a few months ago. I met William Humphres, who is the Boutique Technical Advisor. Maybe I was expecting a customer service representative? Instead I feel like I spent time with a master watch maker and my conclusion is that there are not many people like William; young people (especially here in the US) who have devoted themselves to the field of horology. I learned so much about watchmaking from William; I felt bad that I maybe took too much of his time. Lastly, the service for my watch was around $2,000, but it was like receiving a new watch after the service so more than worth the investment.

This is the third Audemars Piguet boutique I’ve visited, and it’s by far the best. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and the selection of watches on display is impressive. Nadine was exceptionally kind, offering me beverages and allowing me to try on several pieces. I also had the pleasure of meeting Daniel, and the boutique itself smelled wonderful. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Where do I start? I walked into Beverly
Hills AP store about a year ago and I got a chance to meet Ari. He helped me out so much and answered a million questions that I had(probably a lot of duplicates). What made it the best experience over the next few visits was how he remembered everything that we chatted about previously. I know how it is with how many people go in and out of that store, and how many clients he has as well too. When I got the call today I was like a little kid getting his first action figure. I drove down immediately to the store, and again he made the experience so much better. The service, the staff, the ambiance it was all worth it.
Thank you again Ari you were amazing in all of your help I love my watch and I think I might sleep with it on today.
