Absolutely the Worst Online Shopping Experience – Never Again

I had a terrible experience shopping online with Jimmy Choo. I ordered a pair of shoes that arrived already damaged. I returned them the very next day, but was told they were “used” — which is completely false. I never even wore them. Despite returning them right away and explaining the condition, I was denied a refund.

After countless back-and-forth emails, they eventually issued me a voucher instead of giving me my money back. But the nightmare didn’t end there. I couldn’t even use the voucher for over six months because their online ordering system kept having “technical issues” and wouldn’t accept it. Every time I tried, it failed.

When I reached out to customer service, I was met with slow and unhelpful responses. Only after I said I would take legal action did they finally respond and offer some assistance.

I eventually ordered another pair (which I didn’t even want, but felt forced to use the useless voucher), and was told I needed to buy something else on top of it to meet the voucher’s full value — making it clear they just wanted me to spend more money.

This entire process has been frustrating, dishonest, and exhausting. I will never shop with Jimmy Choo online again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There’s zero accountability, poor customer service, and a refusal to do right by their customers.

Avoid at all costs.

I recently purchased my wedding shoes from this location and the experience was absolutely perfect. Nikki is truly the most helpful and genuine person and makes you feel like you are shopping with best friends. Also, the store manager was so lovely and kind. I highly recommend.

Great shoes, perfumes, and purses!! They have great staff as well, Nikki is amazing! She was so helpful in picking out a gorgeous purse, very sweet, and knew exactly which items to bring out that I would like. I really appreciate the attention to detail with their customers.

***I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO SHOP FROM THIS STORE! THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ANOTHER CHANCE ***
I had to choose one star to be able to post this otherwise mine is ZERO
Not a good experience I wish I did not ever go to this store, customer policies are horrible. I ordered a shoe which I was not home to receive so I called UPS and asked them to return it back to sender. Not they are telling me there is no return policy only exchange in 7 days .. I have never seen the issue !! No one even told me when I was placing the order in the store. If there is such a policy that is different from all other stores they need to mention about it. In my case I have never ever received the shoe so ...
For the money we pay we expect a better customer service .

Be very wary of the staff here. They sell refurbished shoes and try to pass it off as new. There is no manager according to one of the staff members.. ultimately highly disappointing for BH . Never had a bad experience at choo before coming here, it's a big turn off to the brand .

My fiancé and I tried to return a pair of Jimmy Choo Lance's at your Beverly Hills location and we were offered no options. Furthermore, I think the customer service is really terrible.

This is how I feel about the situation and will be leaving reviews as such if this can not be resolved quickly.

I would never buy or allow anyone I know to buy Jimmy Choo shoes or products ever. The way they treated my fiancé after she politely asked for a refund for her Jimmy Choo Lance heels, was offensive. She bought the shoes because she needed to try them on with her wedding dress, we bought them at the store because we couldn't find them anywhere else. No one told her the policy was 14 days. No one said anything to her about making sure to return it within that window, even after she told them she needed to try it on with her dress over the next few weeks. After she tried them on, it was extremely uncomfortable and didn't work with her dress.

We went into the store and she was very sad but the lady we handed the shoes to basically looked at us and laughed and said "our return policy is 14 days." and we both really expected some leniency given the circumstances. I mean, how could a Jimmy Choo representative laugh in the face of a bride and expect us not to get upset. They were cold, heartless, and didn't even care or apologize once.

I then went back into the Jimmy Choo store and kindly asked for a manager and spoke to Marianne Pentecostes. Marianne was one of the coldest and most heartless people I've ever seen. She stood there with a flat face and said her and the General Manager Matthew Amendolaro reviewed it and said they are firm on their 14 Day Return Policy.
I told Marianne that the policy and attitude is borderline offensive to brides-to-be because the wedding planning process is not contained to a 14-day window.

Stay away from Jimmy Choo in Beverly Hills, Marianne Pentecostes and Matthew Amendolaro, especially if you are a bride-to-be. I feel bad for my fiancé as she almost cried because of the experience. She felt the lady we spoke to treated her as if we were like second class citizens. I had to go back and try to talk to Marianne on her behalf she was very cold and said they can't do anything. To be treated that way, to be that cold, to be that rude, it is simply inexcusable.

I've never felt so helpless in a retail environment in my life. I ended up purchasing a pair of Chanel heels as a replacement.

Customer Service is about finding a way to help the customer. When a bride-to-be is in the wedding planning process, there should be more understanding. Furthermore, she shared with the sales rep that she couldn't find the pair anywhere else and that she was going to need to try them on with her dress. The sales representative should have been very clear that there was only 14-days, as she likely would have waited to purchase them. Looking at other reviews online, it is obvious this is a consistent problem and the store is unapologetic about it.
