I had the most magical experience at the Chanel boutique on Rodeo Drive thanks to William. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel completely welcomed and taken care of. He has such a kind, soulful presence and took the time to walk me through his favorite pieces, including a bag that took 400 hours to create — which I instantly fell in love with. He brought me a beautiful coffee on a tray to enhance the experience, which made me feel so special. William’s knowledge, warmth, and care made my visit unforgettable, and I left feeling truly inspired. He is a gem and an absolute asset to the Chanel team.

It is not only a store you step into, it’s an art gallery! Everything in this store is well thought and designed. The attention to detail was top notch and the team is amazing! Can never have a bad experience here.

Beautiful luxury items - it’s Chanel! But of course with it being a luxury brand + in the city of Beverly Hills, it comes with certain employees feeling they have to maintain snobbiness/superiority complex to occupy their position.

The nice gentleman outside John was extra friendly as I was leaving. I didn’t feel as if he treated me any different from the next customer, unlike Laura who happened to ask me if I was recording her while I was holding up my umbrella with my phone in hand…. It was just an odd question to ask and it caught me off guard especially because John meant no harm in trying to get me included. In which she needed to clarify who gets included in their events. Judging guests is not okay, but it just reveals the character. I’m LA county born and raised but I see why it has the reputation it does… no amount of money makes you better than anybody. Treat people with kindness and respect. I’m truly disappointed but not surprised. John 3:16

I went to get shoes, and all my experience there was bad, people that work there judges you. God, you just work for Chanel, you don’t own the place. Now, I don’t know what they see, but I was dressed up in formal clothes, being very smiley and I don’t know why but the lady that “helped” me had an attitude all the time, I didn’t find the shoes I was looking for so I said I will leave, she showed me the exit with the worst attitude and just the people in the front were nice. Honestly I don’t know what they think they are lol

I never write reviews but I had to come on here to give credit where credit is due. I came with my husband and teenage boys - I was not dressed to the nines, my boys were in hoodies and baggy jeans, we rolled up in our rental Mitsubishi car, and we all were still treated like royalty from beginning to end even though the staff had no idea what our intentions were i.e to just window shop vs. seriously buy something. From the complimentary valet, to personally escorting us out of the car one by one holding an umbrella over our heads because it was raining, I knew we’d be taken care of and I was grateful - my curls remained in tact! My SA Benjamin A was exceptionally fabulous, attentive, and patient. He offered and brought beverages to me and my entire family and stuck it out with me until I found a purse I loved. During small talk as he was cashing me out, I mentioned we were in LA to celebrate my boys’ bday and after he beautifully packaged my purchase, he remembered our chat and wished them a happy birthday as he saw us out. It’s these small gestures that add up to make the entire experience and ours was top notch!

I had every intention of buying my wife one or two nice accessories but we felt judged by the sales staff we were assigned, they couldn’t wait to focus on other things. We were very well dressed, to be fair mostly in non-Chanel, but still designer, brands, yet if looks could kill when we met out sales person! We did buy a few items but their attitude lost them a decent chunk of commission, which I was happy to spend in nearly stores instead.

I bought a small channel bag for $2875 from this store. In terms of choice you will find much more options in this store as compared to any store in United States. In terms of cost, you will find quite a good range here vs other stores in my experience of shopping from other channel stores in United States. Kris from the store was very helpful and after I told her the kind of purse I was looking for, pointed me to exactly the options in my range. She was very attentive through our the visit and very knowledgeable. Def recommend this store for your FIRST or MANY more channel purchases.
