This place is great. There is something for everyone! The biggest problem is parking. You’re lucky if you can find a spot after 5 minutes of circling. It would totally be 5 Star Sf if it wasn’t for the parking situation.

Convenient location, great selection — but needs better safety and parking control

The Veranda has a strong mix of shops, restaurants, groceries, fitness, and beauty services — making it a convenient one-stop destination. The real value in service is the location itself, with everything in one place and easy access right off the freeway.

There’s a solid selection across price points, from casual snacks to full meals and shopping for any budget.

However, a few things take away from the experience:
• Congested parking, especially during peak hours
• Inconsistent security presence
• Bikes and scooters weaving through crowds with little enforcement, which can feel unsafe

The mall is clean, includes EV chargers, and has potential to be even better with improved crowd management and parking flow.

The veranda is a very nice place to to either go to the movies have a bite to eat or shop. The movie theater is very nice and if you want to go have a little food and some great drinks, go to Yard House. They have a great bar selection as well as menu for food. The only negative thing for me is the parking, it is very difficult sometimes to find a parking spot.

This is a beautiful place to eat or hang out. Lots of public tables and a nice fire pit to sit and chill. Bars and restaurants are plentiful and good quality. The vibe and ambiance are fantastic here. 🙌 Highly recommend

Super busy Shopping center, The Veranda with many more shops developing and a nice area for young kids to play. Parking was full and I drove around and found parking after a few minutes.
