Their Quinceañera inventory is incredible and they have policies in place to ensure that their inventory remains in the best quality and that girls who need a last minute dress can go in and purchase a dress off of the rack.

Not to mention, they are very transparent about their policies. They are a QUINCE store and offer prom dresses that can be purchased off of a catalog. However, you're not ordering blindly. The mom and daughter make sure to educate you, inform you, and measure you to ensure that the dress that you order is perfect.

Deysy works extensive hours when it comes to her ramos. Ms. Josie is an expert when it comes to all things Quinceañera dresses as she has a long history of experience working with top designers.

For anyone to want to bad mouth this business because they did not have their way is very foul. Customer service is always the best whether it is in person or via call/instagram/tiktok.

If you're ready to purchase your Quinceañera dress, this is the perfect store. If you're not ready to buy, take the time to follow their policy and come in during the week to look through their inventory first.

They are nothing short of amazing! They’re professionalism and care that they showed me and my daughter was so incredible. My twins received their crowns, and they were exactly what they were hoping for. They were wrapped beautifully and they even went the extra mile putting one in a blue box and one in a pick box made them feel acknowledged and special. Your help, patience, and customer service was so kind and helpful. It made our experience so much better and allowed us to be at ease knowing you cared. Amazing experience!! I was in search for my prom dress and didn’t know where to go and thankfully they helped me. The amazing employees made me feel so comfortable showing me all my options with such care. I felt so welcome and happy to wear my dress for the first time. Drove from Riverside early enough to make sure I got there right when they open at 12(according to maps) and the hours they have posted on their front door. However, they were not open, so I decided to wait 10 minutes in case they were running late. In the meantime I scanned the QR code taped to the door to see if maybe we could get updated hours, but it just redirected me to their IG, which doesn’t have their hours posted. I ended up leaving to run some errands then came back about an hour later. I got to see what they have in store which is really nice and the only reason I am giving this place a second star. They had everything I was looking for for my daughter’s Quince, too bad the lady was kind of rude and the reason I won’t be purchasing anything from here.
