I have lived off Pyrite Street for 30 years and have waited patiently for the 32 acres off my offramp to be developed. I couldn’t be prouder of what the city has brought to our community. The development started with a groundbreaking in 2023, and several stores have already opened in 2024, including In-N-Out Burger, Aldi’s grocery market, Burlington Coat Factory, etc.

The plaza itself is well-lit at night and beautifully landscaped with lots of green vegetation and plants. We are very blessed to have this new development here in Jurupa Valley. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in this project.

I visited the Jurupa Valley location last week, and tried their strawberry blonde. It was delicious and not to mention their employees were very patient and helpful when my group took their time to decide what to buy.
