What can I say, it's, In n'Out. Love their food. I took one star off because of the very small footprint for this location. Very little and tight parking and very limited seating. If at all possible, make entry from the eastbound side of Florida Ave. You could be waiting a hot minute trying to make a left turn into this location. Also, during busy times, you could be lined up actually on Florida Ave. For dining in, my recommendation is to park in the peripheral parking spots in the center. I will say that during peak hours, I opt for other dining options because of the limited dining and parking options. The staff is ALWAYS courteous and food is served quick and hot!

This whole shopping center is nice. I don't know what other reviews say about the area, but anyone who mentions homelessness or crime, I've never experienced it in a negative way. Everyone keeps to themselves. The demographic is older, but more and more younger families are coming to town. Hemet is a cute little city.

The worst
Customer service. The Mexican lady that help me was rude I don’t know why she had to be . I’m giving my business. I walked away after she had me waiting for about 30 min to see if I qualify for a Fin Loan which I was t there for. When I couldn’t get that loan because I had an open one already with my bank. I asked for just a regular Payday loan and this lady told me to go have a sit and wait. I was the only one there. She kept making errors on my application. She put my benefits paid from employer as a net pay. I was confused because it was really low so I checked again and sure enough she had put the wrong info. She didn’t seem like she wanted to help me at all.

Most affordable burger out there
Competitors charge almost 20 for a burger alone and I can gey a whole mean animal style, mods and a large drink and still have e change from a 20

They can't do a proper fried onion top and bottom but otherwise great food,don't order the fried top and bottom,you'll be sadly disappointed 💯

Very nice layout and almost enchanting the way the stores, pathways,bridges and landscaping was designed to make just walking around throughly enjoyable(Not to mention there is a really cool old 'bus to RV' conversion parked right near the theater entrance on display!!!)
Me and a friend went to the barbecue restaurant there which I have completely spaced the name now since it was the first time I ever went but the food and atmosphere were both AMAZING!!
Caitlyn our server was just a breath of fresh air and her attention to our every desire was on point and greatly appreciated!!! Cannot wait to go there again.
