I have used All About Glass for over 30 years, both for my primary and my rental properties, ( use to have many rental properties). Mark quoted one price, not knowing exactly what the repair would be exactly. When Dave looked at the rental property door, noted that the tenant damage was more than normal and needed to get a second truck out to help him make the repair. What did Mark do? He barely adjusted the price that was quoted. Had 2 men work to fix the door. I have NEVER seen any contractor in all the years, come back and tell me that the price was too low and double or triple the price because it took 2 trucks to fix the door. Not Mark, you can't find a more fair or too generous. I was expecting to pay allot more. You got to use All About Glass, they will treat you right and more than fair. Not cheap, but they are good.

Had 3 residential windows replaced.. once I got an appt and on the schedule, the tech called to let me know he was on his way.. he actually took the broken windows back to the shop and was back within the hour.

Installing the 3 new windows took like 15 minutes.. the glass was so clear it looked like there was nothing there.

very friendly and professional. I had to have 20 windows replaced on my travel trailer after it was vandalized. I hired the team at all about glass to come out and remove and replace all windows. they did a wonderful job and the entire team was super friendly. I highly recommend them

First glass order received didn't have the right edge finish, the second trip had a chipped corner which the owner made an effort to blame on me even though the chip was polished with a smooth edgewhich he refused to feel. He claimed to know people, therefore I was lying because he knew what kind of person I was. On my third trip to pick up the glass he refused to load the glass in my Tahoe.

This company is terrible. Rude, bad customer service. Put my birds in danger. And they break our patio umbrella, then accuse of my husband breaking it. Very unprofessional. Our home is safe for people to come out to do work on it, that's no problem, that statement is ridiculous. 😡 And Mark the manager was not apologetic.
Best not to do business with them.

I have used All About Glass & Screens not for many years. They are just behind Ace Hardware. Mark just recently install our new glass shower door in our newly remolded bathroom last November and still looks great. Mark is very conscientious and meticulous at what he does. I have also had screens re-screened and then also new screens made because the old frames were not usable. They have all the different size frame materials in stock. I had seen were someone posted that their frames were cheep and flimsy and then threw them in the trash. I don't know why you would do that, if they don't fit I am sure they will make it right. Mark has come out to our house just to make sure things are right.

Great place to deal with. Brought in my dual pane window that was cracked on 1 side. In 3 hours had my new glass cut to exact size. Picked it up and got some advise for install. Went perfect thank you
