I've only gone to Target in this center and everytime usually on Thursdays in morning before 9. It's quiet and dead in there which is great. Use self checkout and never had to wait. In and out in a second and noticed they have a water dispenser for water bottles which is pretty cool.

Target has a lot of parking space & wheelchair friendly too. Shopping was nothing to write home about, but the store was chock-full with University students & staff, as it isvery convenient for them.
