Woke up to a broken window, we contacted Rialto Glass… smooth sailing from there! They were at our house within the hour! They replaced our window same day! At a good price!!! They were also awesome enough to replace 2 other windows same day all within a 3 hour grace period!! Highly recommend 10/10!

Had such a positive experience! I paid extra to have the table measured/delivered and it was worth the extra cost- it's a perfect fit!!
I needed my table glass top by Tuesday and wasn't sure if it would be possible but I was shocked when they called me early on Monday to let me know it was done. So impressed with their customer service and sense of urgency!! Thanks to the whole team who made this possible!

The lack of professionalism in this company is amazing! I received an estimate with a promise to return on the same day to board the door up and to be repaired the next day. Not only did no one show up, no one ever called. Upon calling, I spoke with Cynthia, who claimed that they had a wrong number for me even though they had already called my phone number. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid a deposit for that location. While I was there, I also gave Rosa, the office "manager" a $200 deposit for another location pending what was supposed to be a same day estimate with repairs to be done within 4 days. It took them 4 days to fix the first project and I never received an estimate for the second. When I went in, I was told the parts were ordered and that they should be there Friday. More than a week after they said it would be fixed. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told "That's not going to happen. " Rosa is extremely rude and unprofessional and I would rather pay more to get a job done than to haggle for a run around and never get it done. Rosa blamed the techs for lack of communication. But isn't that her job to stay on top of her techs and to know what's going on? And it was she who was supposed to calk me and failed to do so. Horrible customer service.

BEST GLASS SHOP EVER 🤠🤠🤠

I was needing 2 custom glass cuts for a job I had in Laguna hills. Called the local near glass shops they were wanting 1100$ for a 5ftx4ft glass mirror and another half the size.

I live in Rialto and always knew this glass shop existed but never needed to use them for anything.

Made a recommendation to my boss that there is a glass shop in Rialto I can call them and get pricing.

When I called the company the lady on the phone was nice and professional, gave them my measurements and when they quoted me the price for the two mirrors the price they gave me when I told my boss he told me to immediately buy them.

We didn't call another shop, it was almost half the cost. we will differently be using Rialto glass every time we need glass or mirrors.

I really appreciate all the ones that I dealt with on the phone and the workers who helped cut the glass that I didn't necessarily interact.

My customer immediately Said when she seen it installed. " OH MY GOD! I LOVE IT!"

Called this company Saturday morning at 9:15am. Website said they were open from 9 to 2 Saturday. Called them to come out and do estimates and repair. Waited all day and finally realized they were no call no show at 2:00pm. Bad business. Wasted my whole day.
