This is a 2.5-to-3 star hotel. It's okay for a one-night stay, but doesn't provide a lot of amenities. It's newer and conveniently located, but there were a lot of little things wrong with our room, e.g., showerhead could not be adjusted, AC vent pointed directly at the bed and could not be adjusted, etc. So we had to turn it off and was hot all night. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to rave about. The quiche was undercooked.

I stopped by the hotel today to check it out. It is still nice. Tamara, Reveptionist, and I remembered each other from when I was a guest there over a year ago. She was kind and listened intently when I told her I might stay there again for business reasons. She smiled and said: “Welcome back, and I will be here at the front desk to help you make your next reservation with Marriott.” I felt welcomed and appreciated by Tamara which was incentive to remain loyal to the hotel.

Very large and comfortable rooms, with sitting area. Adequate hanging space with enough hangers. An iron and board were included. There is a safe. In-room coffee service was included. Large pathroom with great water pressure. Breakfast included with a wide selection of items. An unexpectedly great find!

We stayed here last year 2/2024. The only issue we encountered was a broken elevator the night before our departure. We decided to stay here again as it is conveniently located near I 10 freeway. We only stayed one night so we did not discover the hotel's shortcomings until the morning of our departure from room 307. As my spouse was in the shower we found out the shower did not fully turn off spray even if you press the knob on the faucet fully. Then we found there was a huge empty bottle meant for body wash. I had to call the front desk hurriedly to get a bottle sent up as my husband was still in the shower. Staff did come up quickly and gave us a bottle of soap. However how is it you leave an empty bottle in the shower for your guests to discover in the middle of the shower? The color of the soap is green so housekeeping should have replaced the empty bottle as you can see the color of the soap. Our bottle had nothing in it. This is inexcusable. The inner shower curtain liner was pink tinged at the bottom area. Mold perhaps? It did not look laundered. Also I reached for a wash cloth rolled up in the cubby only to find it stained and looking dirty. See photo. So I am definitely not coming back to THIS hotel EVER. I am considering only using Hilton properties from now on and getting rid of my Bonvoy account. We're very disappointed with our stay.

No hot water in the morning, so had to take a shower and shave in cold water, WiFi was wonky, the iron in my closet was left full of water and broken. Not the level of facility I am used to from a Marriott property . Staff was nice and got me a new iron, but the poor facilities threw a wrench in an important morning.

1. After 5pm there is only 1 employee to service all calls, front desk, room calls, etc. So be prepared to wait 10-20 min on your arrival just to checkin. The same goes for the checkout. Totally inexcusable and extremely bad management by their general manager John Maciel... horrible experience.|2. Many items in the room, don't work or are simply broken, despite being a newer hotel in the area, this is extremely poorly maintained property. Again, Mr. Maciel is fully responsible and accountable for this...Is he even working there? The property and staff are completely mismanaged....|3. The breakfast is so-so, the staff doesn't check if there is enough hot water or coffee, so those can run empty for a while. The number of breakfast knishes is limited to a dozen, so if you're #13 and beyond, you will have to opt for that sugary waffle or super dry and tasteless scrambled eggs....On the positive side they have oat milk (!!). My recommendation is to add hot oatmeal.||Overall, we shall try not to stay in this one as much as possible, unless there are no other options....

This is a nice hotel. It's new and there's a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. I have been a Marriott member for many years and have been staying at Marriott's for 20 plus years. I would have given a one-star for the service, but not all of the service was bad. it was just one lady in particular. It was the last day I was there in the morning I was checking out. I came downstairs to put my luggage in my car about 6:00 a.m. I was sick and also stressed because I had a test that day. I got to my car and realized I forgot my car key, so I asked her if she could watch my luggage while I went up to get my car key. She nodded and didn't really acknowledge me. She saw me get off the elevator back on the elevator, come back down, and put my luggage in my car. Dummy me, this time I left my room key in the room. Bad morning. I went back downstairs to ask for a new key to my room. Mind you, I was sick and stressed. She asked me my room number, I told her. She asked me what my phone number was, I gave her my phone number and I was one digit off at the end. I don't really know why I did that, except to say that I was sick, stressed and it was early in the morning. She said you gave me the wrong phone number instead of telling me I was one digit off. And she said it very rudely. By this point, I was getting frustrated because the lady saw me get off the elevator with my luggage. She saw me get back on the elevator and come back down and put the luggage in my car, because I forgot my car key. Yet she's giving me the third degree acting like I walked in off the street and I gave her a completely different phone number instead of one digit off. I asked her if she would like to come up to my room so I could show her my ID. I told her I know my name, my address, what does she want? She gave me a key and then loudly in front of all the hotel lobby guests that were there, tells me "don't yell at me, I'm just doing my job!" As I walked away, she said it again loudly. Rude as hell. I did not "yell" at her, but I was frustrated with her and how i was being treated. I worked in customer service for many years, you don't treat customers like that. The customers are why you have a job. I will never stay at this location again because of her. I have never been treated like this from Marriott staff. If she was just doing her job, she didn't do it well! Maybe she's not good with the public and needs to work in the back somewhere. It was obvious I was a guest there and there was no need for her to give me the third degree to get a key to my room. I was having a bad morning already and didn't have time for her BS. This was Friday morning, Jan 17th, early in the morning, and she was extremely rude!
