The cookies were good and the price was actually worth it for the size. However the lady that helped me had no customer service skills. We weren't greeted when we came in, we kind of just stood there until she acknowledged us and when my husband was trying to start a conversation with the employee, she just kind of shrugged him off as if she didn't want to be there. I wanted to really like this place more but unfortunately we didn't feel welcome and felt like we were just bugging the employee there. Update response ( our visit was April 26th last Saturday) I would love to give you guys another chance and update this review at a later date. Thanks for your response

I use to be a weekly and sometimes multi-weekly customer but the quality and service has gone down hill. The prices have gone up considerably and the service has tanked. I stopped going due to rising cost, addition of card fees, lack of available cookies, and on/off cookie quality. I decided to give it a go again. I was there at 5pm and most of the minis were already unavailable. Now they no longer accept cash. Whatever, at least she got rid of the service fee. PB on the brookie was a waste since the put into a bag and it sticks to the paper immediately. I’m not sure this place is worth the money anymore. Employees are hardly interested in serving customers.

Came by today for my first time because me and my daughter are doing the Redlands scavenger hunt.
We ordered two of the Twix cookies because they looked AMAZING!
Background- I worked at a bakery for many years and both me and my partner love an underbaked cookie!
But these just tasted of raw flour and were too underdone even for our liking.
We both took a bite and were not able to get past the raw flour flavor (the goodies inside the cookie were tasty, but the dough was too raw).
On the plus side, they do sell some of my favorite candles there that we were able to purchase!

We come pretty frequently; here's some new pics ! Yum. Fruity pebbles !!. Back again: lemon drop cookies, chocolate chip and oreo-- these were more baked and oh so tasty... I might be becoming a convert ! Back again; cinnamon crunch and brooky which is half chocolate chip, half brownie-- yum but bake cinnamon crunch longer. Have come twice in past couple of weeks. 1st time had chocolate chip, and carrot cake. My hubby thought the carrot cake could not be more perfect. It was cake like and the frosting was really good. This last time we got snicker doodles and key lime. Both were tasty with the key lime being surprisingly yummy. The chocolate chip are not as good as Martha Greens but they aren't bad. Just not my favorite and chocolate chip are my favorite cookie. It is $14.00 for 4 cookies and they are a generous size. They do get busy with people running in to pick up cookies. They said they change up the menu. It is clean. The service is ok. This last time we were there at the end of the day and they had a bunch of cookies on trays. I said I wanted a warm one and one of the bakers said they were too hot and that all the cookies are baked fresh daily. Hard to believe that since they were closing in 2 minutes and they had at least 100 cookies on trays. I told her I worked in a cookie shop and used to get cookies to eat as they were coming out of the oven but she was firm. So, no warm cookies but I guess we will be back in half of the time because my hubby likes them...

As much as I used to love cookie co (ever since COVID times) I am no longer going to be purchasing from this family owned business.
Service keeps getting worse and cookies are always unavailable. At first I thought it was because it was a Friday night and people are out and about but even today, a random Thursday, cookies were not ready. I don't mind waiting but when this ALWAYS happens plus getting below average service and attitude, that's where I draw the line.
Service: The brunette, tall, slim, female employee kept slamming the microwave (about 6x) and looking over at our directions, as if it was our fault cookies were not ready. She was trying to heat up the chocolate for the cookies I ordered along with another customers order. I didn't make a big fuss about waiting so idk why she looked mad and overwhelmed. Once cookies were ready she handed the box of cookies and I kindly said "thank you" and she did not respond, she walked away without making any type of eye contact, she was not very friendly. The young blonde lady who was working the register was friendly and patient.

Parking: The middle parking was also taken by one vehicle and I imagine it's the employee's vehicle since we were the only customers there when we arrived. Later, while waiting, another 2 customers showed up and had to park down the street because again, the employee was parked on customer parking.

Cookies are becoming very inconsistent varying in size and toppings/fillings. Some days they are loaded and some days they barely have any toppings or chocolate chips. The cookies they have on display do not look like the cookies you receive, it's like they are putting no effort vs. Back in 2020/2021 when everything was consistent and customer service was great.

Sadly I will no longer be returning and will take my business elsewhere. Or maybe I'll go on a diet, stop eating cookies altogether lol

Easily the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life. Kid approved also. Perfectly melt in your mouth moistness that’ll make you float. Everyone here was very nice and the store is very clean. Definitely recommend and will be back

Update...we appreciate local businesses and have tried to give this place a chance. I really really wanted this to be my favorite cookie place but realized we haven't been back for a while. The last time we visited, our cookies were under baked. But I think the thing that really has kept me from returning was the service. I was helped by a very young boy who was flat out rude and dismissive. I am happy to pay a premium for exceptional quality and service but my recent experiences have shown neither.
