I was 3500 miles from home and my bike left me stranded on the side of the road. The store was crazy busy and I think Gabby (at the parts counter) might have been the only person I could see actually working. I needed the bowl seal for my KLR and she said they should have 2. She looked and looked but she couldn’t find them. We could see a seal in a carb kit hanging behind the counter that looked correct but it was for a Ninja. She checked the part number and it’s the same! Who knew? We took the bike apart in the parking lot and got it back on the road. Thank you Gabby!!

I brought in my bike to get a new tire put on and have my chain and sprockets swapped out. The bike ran perfect before, never had any issues with it, now it won’t stay running for more than 10 seconds. Overall horrible experience at this place. I do not plan on ever going back.

Overall, it was the best experience in a shop like this. Looking allover for motorcycle wheel chock, and they had one that was reasonably priced, unlike the other guys in town.

Purchased new bike yesterday. The ladies were friendly and a riot to hang out with for a few hours, while paperwork got straight. They went out of their way to get me a good deal. The maintenance team was quick and friendly checking my old bike and going over the new one with me. Great family business

If I could give negative stars I would. Purchased a side by side through them and it has been an absolute nightmare. Some of the worst customer service I have seen. Took it back to get the first service done and ended up leaving and having it done elsewhere, they don't return your calls and aren't willing to work on other machines you have. Highly recommend avoiding them all together.

Me and a couple buddies went in to buy a dirtbike and the lady that helped us wasn’t so nice. she had a terrible attitude and raised her voice at us for no reason. Fun center has lost my business.

Excellent experience, bought a street bike from them and had some issues with the bank and the people here stayed ver an hour past closed time just to make everything go through, super good experience and fantastic people, would recommend 100%

I had a very good customer service experience even though they didn't have what I wanted. The owner, parts rep, mechanic, and another man helped me figure out what I needed and went the extra mile to make sure I didn’t grab the wrong part. I know Fairbanks is limited on having parts in hand for most any ATV, snow machine, or any vehicle part you may need here(trust me! I know!) but they did really try to find what I needed rather than the other places we have in town that were lazy and would only help if I had a specific part number. If I knew the darn part number I would have used Amazon to get it in the first place! So, thank you Alaska Fun Center for really trying to help me towards the end of your hard working day.
